Very sturdy ... but heavy goes along with sturdy. Loading is fairly easy and the included ramp help the load/unload process. I load by my self, but using two persons to load makes it easier just to make certain you can balance the bike while making connections. Once loaded, the bikes seem to be quite secure. I think including some sort of locking mechanism or enabling a better lock would be a nice-to-have addition to this design. I was a bit surprised at the angle of the rack. Perhaps the angle is so if the bike becomes loose it falls toward the vehicle? (I'm not sure) See picture.

Requires a 2 inch receiver. Very sturdy with my heavy e-bike with 4 inch tires. You just need to figure out how to best attach the vertical adjustable arm to the bike frame. The tire holders work well. The rack does not fold and is about the same width as the vehicle.

Works well -- very solid and has no problem with my 80 lb e-bike. I recommend it. Having a ramp is great; however, the company didn't state that the ramp ships separately from the rack and may arrive on another day...this was confusing. Assembly was reasonably easy; however, some parts were very tricky to install, as other reviewers mention. The president of the company should try to assemble his/her product to understand what customers go through and improve upon some truly dumb design decisions. Note: the rack is very heavy so some may find it difficult to align in the hitch if done solo.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I went with Youne Electric because my buddy bought one to haul two 80lb eMtbs around, and I liked the carrier. It is a solid, well constructed bike carrier with easy-to-fold up/down capabilities which is nice. Not too heavy either. Once the kingpin is ratcheted into position, this bike rack DOES NOT MOVE. The strap system is easy to use, durable & effective at locking thr bikes securely in place. Your high priced bikes aren't coming off on a bumpy road if you strap them down correctly.

I have not used it yet but have assembled it. Rack appears to be well constructed and very strong. Based on hefting the parts and putting it together I am confidant it will perform as described. Assembly was relatively easy with one exception that has been noted by other reviewers. Installing the vertical support posts is challenging because the plastic spacers are just a fraction of a mm to thick to make it easy. My solution was to use super glue to affix the spacers in place. Then I inserted the vertical post and aligned the bolt hole using a tapered nail set to align the hole in the post with the hole in the flange. Once aligned, the friction of the plastic spacers held the alignment and allowed the bolts to be inserted (with some wiggling and patience). Other than that I am very pleased so far. It appears to be a very good value and I thing the design is excellent. Supporting the bike via the frame or seat post is much better than the U-Hooks as on the more expensive Name Brands. A much better design .

Very sturdy and works well. The hitch uses a bolt instead of a hitch pin to secure the hitch to the receiver. the bolt ensures the rack doesn't wobble in the receiver which is great, but it also makes it so that you can't use a locking hitch pin to make sure the bike rack stays put. It would be nice if I could lock the hitch to the receiver when I'm away.
