I will say it took me about 3 hrs to put together by myself. I’m pretty good at putting things together, but this had lots of parts and I needed more room than I thought to work with. Fortunately, everything was very well packaged and easy to figure out. I was quite impressed with how well it was wrapped. This thing is solid! It is so much easier for me to load my bike on than the rack I use to have. I have (2) 49lb e-bikes and it carries them, no problem. My ONLY issue is the rubber coating on the hook that holds the frame in place, rubbed off during first use and scratched up the paint on my new bike. I would highly recommend using a floatie or pipe wrap to cover your frame and protect it from the hook scratching it up.

Easy to assemble and fit my Ford F150 well. Hauled bikes to Florida no problem. Wish the sides fold up when no bikes in it and that the piece that secures it to the hitch had wing nut to tighten by hand.

This is sturdy, well made and hold both of our bikes. It tilts back so we can open the hatch door, but be careful because if you do this when the bikes are on it it can get away from you.

I reported an issue with this bike to Vevor customer service where the bolt holes don't align. Assembly cannot be complete without the bolt holes aligning. Their response was "We are sorry to inform you that for the time being we are unable to confirm the exact problem with the product by using the text description you sent earlier. We would be grateful if you could help us to take clearer and more comprehensive photos and videos so that we can understand exactly which part of the product specification corresponds to which component and further confirm an effective and reasonable solution." So I took the photos and submitted them and now I've been ghosted. I've sent and resent the photos and I get no indication that they were received. I am at wits end with this organization. I will be submitting a return request via Amazon if I don't hear anything after posting this negative review. I will give them until tonight to acknowledge receipt of the photos and that they will be shipping me a replacement part to resolve this issue. I am thankful for Amazon as I don't believe that I would get any satisfaction if I had purchased directly from Vevor.

For the price this works but there are plenty of ways to make it better. I did experience the chineseium curved top hold down clamp bending straight and dropping the bike on the first trip out going over a speed bump before I started to use a ratchet strap to hold the bike against the upright bar. It wobbles at all of the joints but not enough to concern me. The instructions have decent pictures but expect to infer some assembly which isn't hard if you have a little bit of mechanical knowledge and more than a single brain cell. I enjoy that it's bolted to the hitch to make it harder to steal but this also means you need to use a wrench to take it on and off so give and take there.
