Bday gift from wife. We looked a larger different brand side by side and this was the winner. Any bigger and it would be annoyingly heavy and bulky. Assembly straight forward. I seasoned it about 5 times before cooking on it. First time i did stir fry, breakfast foods, and phillies for 6 people. Realestate wasn't too cramped. Great heat and was able to control it to exactly how i wanted. I would recommend cleaning and seasoning after every cook to keep it in great shape for the next time. (It actually seasoned better than my blackstone). Fits in the carrying case well which is clutch. (the propane arm is loose in the bag which i would wrap up in paper towels so it doesn't get damaged). (case is easier to put on with 2 people lol but can be done with one). I did have an issue with one of the lid clasps that didn't create a tight seal, but somehow the problem was fixed after packing and unpacking it. ALSO i would get a propane adapter so it maintains better heat and will last a 3 day festival. I did season it with the little tank and it heated very well so if thats your only option you're all good. Over all 10/10!! Really fun to cook on and impress your group!!

The construction on this is detailed, reinforced, sturdy. I chose cast iron NO coating, top durability. I also chose with lid for heat and to protect the griddle surface. It opens up new menus that a bbq grill can't do like scrambled eggs, pancakes, Colombian arepas, stir fry veggies, cheesesteaks Its definitely portable in size, but not lightweight. It feels like it's around a 35lb dumbbell. About half its weight is the griddle surface which lifts out. I roll it around in a utility cart. It's surface is enough to feed 5-6 at a time if it's something like burgers or steak. Cleaning it is easier than a bbq. No removing grills, heat plates, getting around or removing burners. Just scrape it, wipe it, season it, done. It's a great compliment to have with a bbq. Nothing presents like a well made steak flamed with grill marks. BUT.....if I was forced to have only one piece of equipment, I would pick the griddle over the bbq. It's just easier and more versatile. It's well made and priced.

After comparing some of the other grills in the size range, this had more options for use when RVing. Since it is generally just the two of use this size made the most sense. The ability to bake pizzas and remove the grill for using pot and pans is a plus. Price was also a factor as other grills by the time a lid and carrying case was added, it is a better value. I've grilled several meals on it and I use a digital thermometer to check the temperature. Quick heat up and clean up is easy.

So much easier to use & more functional than conventional gas grill . (in my opinion). Clean up is easy & thorough with minimal time. It is nice having a 22 in cooking surface, to cook veggies , meats at same time. I can get an average of about 3.5 uses per (1) lb propane bottle. Have not used it enough to decide if I want the 20 lb propane tank adaptor as of yet.

Totally love this little mini "blackstone" grill. It's portable, easy to use and of course a breeze with the propane bottles as opposed to having to deal with charcoal (the price of which has gone ridiculous). The cover is nice just be sure to season the griddle before first use so you don't have to worry about food sticking. It's worth it to do this instead of paying extra for the "non-stick" which that coating will come off eventually but the cast iron won't peel.

Poor quality non stick surface poor quality paint on outside of griddle, seasoned griddle as per instructions food stick was sticking cleaned and reseasoned griddle and still had trouble with food sticking. After fourth use the paint started bubbling on the griddle hood.

First I apologize because I don't know the correct terms for the parts I will be describing. Picture #1: Screenshotted connection point from the Amazon listing Pictures #2&3: What it really looks like in person Picture #4: The included tank connector that is compatible with the actual connector on the griddle, but would not be compatible with the advertised (picture #1) connector Picture #5: The included connector type (above) and the type that should be compatible (below) if the connection point was actually as advertised The point of connection where the propane goes into the grill does not match picture. The advertised picture shows a piece sticking out which would place the needed pressure onto the connecting tube to compress an internal component which allows gas to flow. Because this piece is missing, I get no gas flow when connected to the elbow connector I bought to use with a longer gas line. However, the included attachment that would be used to connect to a small side mount tank does work since it has its own piece which extends to apply pressure and allow gas flow. However, if the connector on the side of the griddle would have been as pictured, then the accompanying connector would have been physically incompatible with it. This leaves me clueless as to what part I need to buy now to make the connector allow gas flow through the elbow and extension line. Pretty frustrating when the elbow/extension line i bought was listed as a compatible part (and would have been if the connection point matched what was advertised). I want to love this griddle, but it just doesn't make sense why they would change out the part to a different connector type than advertised. I have not been able to get gas flow so I can not provide any feedback on its functionality when in use. If anyone knows the name of the part(s) I need to finish set up, please let me know.
