Perfect home security system for the price. Nice camera quality pictures are clear. Like the fact you can add cameras (up to 10). Has good tracking. Took me a bit to pair but that was probably operator error, but got it done. App is easy to use to control the cameras. The hook up was easy as I was replacing cameras that I had for 15 years. This was a huge upgrade for sure. They are WiFi but need a plug in power source. I would recommend getting 12v DC power extension cables (I bought a 4 pack for $12.99) if you have a long distance from plug source the camera kit only comes with 10ft power cord, which was not long enough from where I had existing cameras. Actually, I was surprised at how well this system is consructed and the ease of setting it up. I can take the NVR to anyplace in my house and still view the cameras. Also the pricing for this system is incredibly low for the quality. I am also very amazed at the Hiseeu support team. It is easy to get ahold their support team. Their support team knows their system, they know what to do, and most of all the support team is deadicated and will not stop until your issue is resolved. How do I know all of this you might ask. Well I am a customer, I live in the United States. One of my cameras did fail prematurely and Hiseeu sent me a new replacement immediately. I believe that Hiseeu cares about their customers and their reputation. The system that I purchased came with four cameras, the NVR, the mouse, power supplies and a 1TB HDD. It is the viewing screen and NVR all in the same package. The whole thing is roughly 10.5in by 6in. Maybe an inch thick. The system has its own wifif for the cameras to connect to, keeping the system much more secure as nothing has to be connected to the internet for it to work. You will need internet when first setting up the system but, once you set it up it will connect to your home wifi wirelessly, if you have wireless wifi in your home. It is very light weight and like I said completely wireless. You can take it to the bedroom while you're sleeping, when using the app you can view your cameras while you're away doing business, vacationing or whatever. I am impressed with this little system. The clarity of the cameras and view screen is also amazing. It is easy to set up too. You turn on the NVR, turn on the cameras. The NVR will search for your cameras it's almost plug and play. One last thing that is important, connect your cameras to the NVR before you mount them ... show more

Very good camera system without monthly fee! Easy to setup because it’s wireless. No need to connect long wire basically it’s plug and play. It’s a plus that the hard drive and the screen comes with it. No need to get an extra screen.

This is our 3rd set of cameras from this company. They were very easy to install. Our first set was at least 6 years ago, hard to set up, second set not that much easier. This set, night and day. So easy. We like that they follow a human and that we can see anyone outside on our phone or the screen that came with it. This company has come a long way , I think it was a father and son in ca when we bought our first set. I recommend these to our friends. ... show more

not a bad quality BUT BEWARE the thing that is bad is you cannot get rid of the prompt in the middle of the screen that keeps coming back that says NO STORAGE ADVALABLE FOR RECORDING FOR THIS DEVISE this alert ALL that see the TV that they are not being recorded.

Not a bad system as long as the cameras are within 15 20 feet from nvr buy once you have to connect a camera closer to the limits of the wireless capabilities the ptz function begins you lag extremely bad and forget about it recording anything of use because it records almost nothing viewable best way I could describe it is kinda like when you try to play a cd that's extremely scratched and just keeps skipping and stopping and that's the last thing you want when trying to record unwanted situation on your property. Besides that tho the ptz function and automatic movement tracking is awesome when they work. And everything is pretty much self explanatory as far as how to use the system and the picture quality is good as well. ... show more

Love it. Easy set up, buy memory card with and you won't have to worry about paying for cloud storage. Other than that it is free. I got 4 cameras with display screen and 1 terabyte of memory, works with my wifi but we are going to get wired internet. Also, I could swap to solar panels if I want. Love these things. ... show more
