Perfect home security system for the price. Nice camera quality pictures are clear. Like the fact you can add cameras (up to 10). Has good tracking. Took me a bit to pair but that was probably operator error, but got it done. App is easy to use to control the cameras. The hook up was easy as I was replacing cameras that I had for 15 years. This was a huge upgrade for sure. They are WiFi but need a plug in power source. I would recommend getting 12v DC power extension cables (I bought a 4 pack for $12.99) if you have a long distance from plug source the camera kit only comes with 10ft power cord, which was not long enough from where I had existing cameras. Overall love them although wish this set came in black, but not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend for a simple home set up.

I bought this camera package to replace my old, obsolete system that quit working after a power surge. Setup and installation was simple. The cameras synced with the monitor unit automatically so no pairing was necessary. The system has many ways to operate. I’d recommend reading the enclosed manual and go through camera and general setup menus on the monitor. Mine is now setup to recognize humans and the cameras all follow visitors well. False recordings are a thing of the past with this package. Going through recordings I’ve found none that were caused by wind, birds or squirrels. The nighttime color recording is a great feature since it’s hard to make out faces on IR recordings at night. As you can see in the photos, I have a camera in our garage to protect my one owner 68 Camaro. Each camera can be set up for your particular needs so the garage camera is set up with flashing LED lights as an additional alarm feature if a human is recognized by the camera. I did contact customer support with questions and was pleased to get a response in under 24 hours. After playing with this system for a week, I would highly recommend it, especially at this price point.

This is our 3rd set of cameras from this company. They were very easy to install. Our first set was at least 6 years ago, hard to set up, second set not that much easier. This set, night and day. So easy. We like that they follow a human and that we can see anyone outside on our phone or the screen that came with it. This company has come a long way , I think it was a father and son in ca when we bought our first set. I recommend these to our friends.

Actually, I was surprised at how well this system is consructed and the ease of setting it up. I can take the NVR to anyplace in my house and still view the cameras. Also the pricing for this system is incredibly low for the quality. I am also very amazed at the Hiseeu support team. It is easy to get ahold their support team. Their support team knows their system, they know what to do, and most of all the support team is deadicated and will not stop until your issue is resolved. How do I know all of this you might ask. Well I am a customer, I live in the United States. One of my cameras did fail prematurely and Hiseeu sent me a new replacement immediately. I believe that Hiseeu cares about their customers and their reputation. The system that I purchased came with four cameras, the NVR, the mouse, power supplies and a 1TB HDD. It is the viewing screen and NVR all in the same package. The whole thing is roughly 10.5in by 6in. Maybe an inch thick. The system has its own wifif for the cameras to connect to, keeping the system much more secure as nothing has to be connected to the internet for it to work. You will need internet when first setting up the system but, once you set it up it will connect to your home wifi wirelessly, if you have wireless wifi in your home. It is very light weight and like I said completely wireless. You can take it to the bedroom while you're sleeping, when using the app you can view your cameras while you're away doing business, vacationing or whatever. I am impressed with this little system. The clarity of the cameras and view screen is also amazing. It is easy to set up too. You turn on the NVR, turn on the cameras. The NVR will search for your cameras it's almost plug and play. One last thing that is important, connect your cameras to the NVR before you mount them

I recently upgraded my camera into this security system. I’m very impressed! I really like the monitor. It’s allows me see outside easily without open my phone app. The video quality is crystal clear, even at night. The motion detection and automatic tracking comes free which is very handy because I had to pay subscription fees to get this feature in my old camera. Overall, this system offers great value with the discount it currently offers. Highly recommend!
