This worked better than expected on car interior. Perfect set up for car interior carpet detailing and works on leather also. The only issue it the brush is attached to the bit with plastic. The brush with the rounded top dethatched from the bit but that was because I went to hard and the brush got stuck and I was using an impact drill. This thing dug out all the dirt. Use with carpet shampoo and make sure to use a shopvac to remove the water.

The first question I had when browsing this brush collection was: does the bit fit a standard hexagonal chock? Yes. You can’t quite see it in the product photos, so I took a leap of faith. I don’t actually own a cordless drill, but I do own a cordless impact driver, and need something that fits the bit mount firmly. Because the bit end is standardized, it will probably work with whatever standard cordless drill or driver you already have. As an unmarried man living alone, I acknowledge that my housekeeping is pretty bad. Cleaning takes an effort of willpower, something I don’t always have. Especially because it can be very slow-moving and I have other things to do, I often postpone it until stains have become too big a problem to cleanly handle. That is, until I discovered these brushes, which use the cordless driver I already have to make the process move quickly. Combine these brushes with a little all-purpose cleaner, and I find, most dirt and stains melt away. I had old grease stains on my stove, and a kitchen sink that had backed up and was covered in nasty food waste. I photographed both of them partway through cleaning, and have enclosed the pictures, to show you how well even seriously impacted stains washed away with these power brushes and a little Formula 409. This set includes three brushes: a wide flat brush for large areas, a narrow flat brush for corners and crevices, and a bottle brush for trains and narrow spaces. It also includes a six-inch bit extender, which you’ll probably use mostly with the bottle brush. Be aware that six inches isn’t very long, and if you use this set to clean your bathroom, you’ll still have to stick your hand—or worse, your driver—into the toilet. But it still washes hardened stains away. Now sadly, as much as I love this set, I have to take one star away for sturdiness reasons. After just a couple of hours, the chock inside the wide flat brush became disconnected from the brush itself. Though it’s still there, it spins freely. I assume this is a fluke manufacturer’s defect, because the other two brushes still work perfectly, and I’m still using them. However, be aware that the manufacturer expects the brushes to wear out, and therefore doesn’t make them breakage-proof. Notwithstanding that fault, my experience with these brushes is still broadly positive. My kitchen and bathroom, which formerly looked like an unmarried man lived there alone, are now clean enough to have company over. These three brushes are a starter set, and I like them enough that I’ve gone ahead and ordered the full set, with different kinds of brushes and sponges, from the same company. Just know going in that, like most cleaning supplies, they will wear out.

These are absolutely amazing tools. I'd love if the brushes would last a little longer, but at such high speeds, it's understandable that they wear out. In terms of functionality, these are dead simple. The shafts are notched, so they fit into an impact driver just as well as a drill (and I'd argue the impact driver is _probably_ the better tool for these). These saved me a TON of time in cleaning up hard water stains and grout lines in a ceramic-tiled shower. I wet the shower down, applied some Barkeeper's Friend, and went to town with these brushes hooked into my impact driver. Maybe 15-20 minutes, and FAR less stressful and tedious than hand-scrubbing. This will be my go-to for deep cleans from now on. I did see some people complaining about shafts breaking. The only way I could see that happening is if the chuck is not applied to the shaft correctly (i.e., torquing the chuck down on the drill way too much). That's why, given the design, using these in an impact driver is probably a better way to go -- not to mention, it's a lighter tool.

These easily fit on the drill and have not scratched any surfaces. Easy to put onto the drill. I would love to see the shafts longer without having to put the adaptor piece on (that makes them awkward and too long) to be able to easily get around shower handles and such. The bristles bent out of shape after the first use. I got the soft bristles that were recommended for the shower. The brushes work great of flat surfaces, but not as well in crevices' and tight areas due to the short distance from the drill--the reason I got them. Do we use them: yes, could they be better: yes.
