I bought this NVR system to replace an older 4 stationary camera one that failed a few months ago. I really like the fact it has a stand alone monitor and solar cameras! The monitor makes it easy for my disabled mom to check the cameras without having to figure out how to use an app on her phone. The app interface is also very nice, and easy to navigate so I can view the cameras while at work. The cameras were easy to mount and get connected to the NVR. I had them all up in about an hour, with most of that time being used to decide where I actually wanted them. The furthest camera is about 200 ft from my house and the NVR, using a outdoor wifi extender as I have a large rural property (7 acres). I also purchased 2 of the WS03 dual lens cameras to add to the system. These required me to contact Hiseuu for a firmware update. They were very quick and polite to respond, and I had the firmware updated and the other cameras connected quickly as well. I now have a 6 camera security system with a 1TB NVR for under $400 (black friday sales) that I will be adding more cameras too in the near future. Nicest part is I'm not restricted by power cords with the solar. Highly recommend this product and company! You get what you paid for. I bought these (purchased this set + 4 more cameras) because of the solar/wifi convenience. Within a year (right after 1 year warranty expired) one by one the cameras start losing connection and power. To be clear...I live in a VERY SUNNY AREA. My house is free of trees or obstructions so it’s not that there isn't enough sun to power them. We pull them down to reset and recharge them manually. Left them charging for the recommended 10 hours after they’ve been completely drained via USB C charger, and the moment the cable gets removed, the cameras died. Spoke to customer service, and they were of no help. Not only are they dying but they are slow to pick up motion. By the time they do..whatever I want to see or find on the play back wasn’t picked up or caught at the tailend of the action. Super frustrating, aggravating and waste of money ... show more

This is an excellent product,.. I really enjoy the clarity of the cameras. Storage capabilities is excellent. The only downfall would be the mouse that came with the package. Not as high quality is the camera and the monitor nevertheless it is a good product and I would recommend it to anyone

We picked up this NVR system to replace our old setup with 4 fixed cameras. This one has been a huge upgrade! I love that it comes with its own monitor—makes it super easy to check the cameras without messing with a phone. It makes my wife feel safer too. That said, the mobile app is actually really user-friendly too, so I can keep an eye on things while I’m at work. The solar-powered cameras are a nice bonus, and setup was a breeze—I had everything mounted and connected in about an hour. Easily the best camera system we’ve had so far. ... show more

I'm given this a three because we never even got to use them. We took them out of the box and found out that the plug that plugs them in was broken It literally broke into pieces. So instead of purchasing another set, I returned these because the customer service, couldn't understand what I was saying and instead of just sending out another plug for me they wanted me to return everything. So I decided to return everything and not repurchase it. I got a refund instead. I do have other cameras that are the same brand but they're inside cameras. And doorbell cams. They work excellent. They do what I needed them to do. And you don't need to have a subscription. All you need is a TIF card and you'll be able to operate them. ... show more

I needed a security camera for outside to secure my property. After trying so many different brands Hiseeu security camera was the best one. Easy installation and the customer service was excellent. When I called I needed some assistance I spoke to Peggy and she was super helpful to help me with any issues. One of my solar panel was not charging and she immediately sent me replacement. The best part you also get 1 yr product warranty when you purchase from Amazon. When I left her email message or voice message she returned my calls. Even my missed calls. I also had customer service with Apple while Peggy was off her shift. Apple was very helpful. I give Hiseeu 5 star for being helpful and available. All the other brands don’t have live customer service. You are stuck on your own.
