The product is much better than I thought it would be, given its price point, and has proven to be very high quality and sturdy. Nice design and very easy to assemble, when everything is as it should be. Mine were NOT! Of the 6 chairs that I received, 5 of them had misaligned holes that I had to wrestle with for over 2 hours to get them in line and one chair had one hole that was shaped like a square with a round screw that just did not work. Very poor quality control but a nice design and materials. Chair is very sturdy once put together and is solid in looks and appearance. Materials used are good quality. The only problem is the quality control. I'm waiting to hear back from the seller to see if they make an adjustment or should I return the items...

The media could not be loaded. These mermaid style chairs are absolutely gorgeous, they add a touch of class to any modern space, look better than the pictures and were very easy to assemble and very sturdy. The looks are there, itβs comfortable, super sleek clean design, the upholstery and metal combination makes these chairs very elegant looking. Structurally the chairs are solid and a good weight. Easy to slide in/out. They look like much more expensive chairs, great value and quality worth every penny. Overall we are very please, the chairs are rock solid, easy to clean and tremendously comfortable, I had not expected they would be so comfy, beautiful, classy, and very modern and stable! I love them! Extremely pleased with my purchase.

Chairs were shipped quickly. They were easy to put together, packaging was sturdy but not overwhelming to dispose of. Of the 8 chairs I purchased, one came slightly damaged, and the customer service response was quick and satisfactory. We haven't set up the table just yet for photos, but I'm very happy with my purchase experience with this seller. Also, I thought aesthetically I wouldn't like the handle on the top of the chairs as much as other Z shaped chairs with smooth tops, but in handling them, I'm so glad I went with these!

Color: Set of 4 White Chairs
I ordered these in both White & Black, as you can see we have a sort of theme going, but think my dinning set & room works better with all White and that these look more expensive in the White... So decided to order more in White, with another set of 4 to give me spares that can work in another room and be swapped out if the ones in dinning room get wrecked (they are pure white and the material is not heavy, so spares made sense to me). The Black ones are nice too, just a bit less "posh" looking. Still will come in handy if the White really ages poorly and nice modern chair for another room. They are well constructed, but it does take some extra effort to properly line up the posts on each side of the back, the using an Allen wrench to hold one side in place trick some mentioned helps, but figure you'll need to carefully line up the posts and likely tap the post in using your fist, or a soft mallet (probably with a soft towel between). I do think shipping would have less damages if they packed these 1 per box, as did have minor damage on one of the White chairs, the seller refunded me partially for the minor damage, so I ordered another set to have those spares. So not perfect, but pretty close when you factor in the price, if these were real leather (not bonded), they'd probably be $450 each, or more.

First of all, chairs are shipped two to a box , two parts per chair. One of my boxes got lost by FEDEX in Ellenwood GA depot for 15 days. At that point I contacted the seller about this issue. The next day the seller responded that another box of two chairs had bee shipped. 3 days later the replacement box of two chairs arrived before noon. The chairs are as described. Prepare for a little difficulty assembling the chairs. as the seat back part holes take a little persuasion with a rubber mallet and foam padding, to line up with the seat part holes. Cheat code, use a cordless drill with a star bit to tighten the included screws. I can recommend these chairs as they seem sturdy and the seller responds quickly to issues.

Color: Set of 2 White Chairs
I received the 6 chairs I ordered . The chairs were defective. I ordered white chairs, there was discoloration on the chairs where the base of the chair gets connected to the back / top portion of the chair. The discoloration appeared brownish orange , the metal bar on top of one of the chairs was damaged / discolored with a black mark that would not rub off and one of the seat cushions had a defect in the material. The seller is unresponsive and has offered no resolution to my concerns. All potential buyers beware, as the chairs look nice online, however the product you actually receive has subpar quality . If you attempt to return the chairs the seller will make you pay for shipping cost which is very expensive. The seller is not cooperative when dealing with product quality issues. I requested a replacement chair be sent to me and a prepaid return label to send back the defective product, the seller has ignored my requests.
