I am so happy with this chair! It looks sleek and premium in person – the black upholstery and chrome base make it feel much more expensive than it is. The cushioning is thick everywhere: seat, back, armrests, and the extra pillow for lower back support is a great touch. The high back supports my neck and head really well, and the side “wings” make it feel like a cozy cocoon when I lean back. The footrest pulls out smoothly and is perfect for putting my feet up during long calls or quick breaks. Assembly was simple and everything felt sturdy once put together. It rolls easily, reclines nicely, and has become my favorite spot to work and relax. I would like to start by saying that I accidentally ordered the brown chair when I meant to order the black. Messaged the seller immediately and they did confirm they would ship a black instead of a brown and was provided a tracking number... I received my chair June 16th and it was brown... Be advised its also not a darker leather brown, but instead it resembles a terracota pot brown so expect some pink undertones especially in the right light. I still put it together because it didn't look bad with my surroundings and I didnt want the hassle of shipping it back. The chair build - Not great. Product arrived damaged. See pictures. One of the wheels has come apart and breaks into 2 pieces. I tried squeezing them back together but that did not work so now I have a wheel that falls apart when rolling. The back rest also came with some silver colored smudges on the side and I was unable to wipe off. The armrests are not comfortable. They have very thin padding and the pressure of me adjusting my body or getting up makes the steel connection on bottom very apparent and it is painful especially on the elbows. The arm rest are adjustable vertically but thats its. They do not swivel out of the way making this an awful chair for those who like to cross their legs or sit criss cross like me. The chair seems to be padded in all the wrong areas. Areas that my body doesn't touch like near the head and center of back. The foot rest is also very thin and feels flimsy. I am a 5' 10" male and the foot rest only reaches as far as the upper part of my calf meaning the corner slightly digs into the center of my calf when I completely let my legs rest. Not comfortable. With it would have been longer so it reached near the bottom of my calf. Its advertised as big and tall but it definetly does not suit the tall and only really accomodates the big (width wise). The bottom padding is not that great and can see it become harder in no more than a year or 2 with constant use which I will reach working remotely. ... show more

This is sturdy, it is wide and it is comfortable. The backrest is plenty tall to lean back in and still be supportive. The fake leather is not bad at all to the touch, stands up to a little abuse and looks great. And the padding in the seat and backrest is better than acceptable. Cons- It's not mesh, so it gets pretty warm..it's not built with a channel anywhere for airflow, but certainly not a deal killer. Now, it may be TOO wide..the armrests are spaced appropriately and take some getting used to. As for the armrests themselves they're sturdy, but the padding just... sucks. You can feel the hard corner at the top/side where they meet with any kind of pressure. If it wasn't a fairly easy fix I'd have returned it. It is a very good chair for the money, but would need some attention to be 5 stars. ... show more

I haven't left a review in a while. I wanted to for this one though. So I actually bought two of these chairs. This is the second one. I've gone through a few different office chairs at this point. The fact that I bought a second one for my home should say something. My wife and I both love the chairs. One thing I did notice is that the light brown colored one is slightly more plush than the green one. I bought a green one and the light brown one. The green one seems more firm but also very comfortable. It's not like the green one has no padding it's like the padding is just more firm. I actually like the green one a lot too. I like it for gaming. Supports my lower back without feeling like I'm sinking into a couch. I've had an actual gaming chair before too and it was trash. I'm glad I went with like a more luxury office chair. I like them both though. I weigh 230 pounds and I'm 6 foot three. The chair seems to hold me very well. I've had the green one for a few months now. I've had this light brown one for a few weeks now and I also really really like it. My wife and i use them both. I'm happy with the purchase. I purchased this BestGlory big & tall chair a few weeks ago and I’m very pleased with it. The seat is wide and deep enough for my larger frame, and the tall backrest supports my entire spine—shoulders, back and even the neck. According to the product description it supports up to 400 lbs.  The PU leather upholstery looks premium and is easy to clean. The reclining function with the footrest is a nice bonus—when I’ve been working for many hours, I can lean back, extend the footrest, and truly relax. The armrests, height adjustment and swivel make it versatile for both work and gaming. The lumbar cushion also helps reduce lower back fatigue. Assembly was straightforward — took about 20-30 minutes, as advertised.  The chair rolls smoothly, the base feels sturdy, and overall the build gives me confidence it’ll hold up well.
