Wide, comfortable seat, wide, padded armrests, easy assembly
Color: Black
Style: 3 Position Reclining
[UPDATED] - scroll to bottom - Like everything else I buy I read all of the positive and negative reviews before pulling the trigger on this chair. It arrived today and I immediately began assembly. It comes in a sizeable box that is fairly heavy, especially if you have to carry it up stairs. The assembly instructions are basic, no-frills pictures. I didn't have any issues deciphering them unlike some of the folks that left negative feedback. It comes with a short t-handle allan wrench but It helps if you have a cordless driver/drill with an allan key bit or at least longer t-handle allen wrenche. Assembly took almost exactly an hour but I wasn't rushing. The only "gripe" I had about the assembly was mounting the back of the chair to the bracket that connects to the seat. There is a velcro flap on the rear of the seat back that conceals the bracket once assembly is completed. Trying to balance the seat back, hold the flap up so you can see to align the holes, aligning the screws into the threaded inserts -essentially by feel alone- was a bit cumbersome. To be fair the manufacture recommends two people assemble it so that's on me. I should have waited for my wife to get home but patience isn't my strong suit. Once assembled it's a good looking chair. Comfortable too! The controls aren't difficult like some reviewers have claimed but there is a small learning curve. Instead of using the casters that came with the chair I opted to buy the "rollerblade-style" casters. They work a LITTLE better on carpet than the OEM casters. The only real "negative" I would point out is the leg/foot rest. Honestly they should have either made it more robust or simply removed it from the design. It feels weak and doesn't extend far enough from the chair to be effective for taller people. I'm 6'1" and the leg rest catches me right behind the knees; not the most comfortable positioning. Also, it doesn't feel like it could handle any additional downward pressure other than the weight of one's legs. In my case -being the bigger guy that I am- I don't trust it will hold the weight of my legs for very long before the brackets bend or completely pull the screws out of the mounts under the seat. All-in-all that's really the only "negative" feature about this chair. I gave it 4 stars for the aforementioned reasons, but that also includes not having it long enough to see how it will hold up under daily use. I will update this review if/when necessary. [UPDATE] - Had this chair for about 5 weeks and it's holding up just fine. It's comfortable for extended sitting time, easily adjusts to preference, very roomy, and pretty robust. My only beef is with the aftermarket rollerblade-style casters I put on it. They don't roll any better that the OEM casters on carpet. Might work great on shorter pile carpet, but on medium pile not so much. I'm going to have to invest in one of those plastic carpet covers. To clarify, that isn't a reflection on the chair itself. Overall I am very pleased with this chair and have changed my review to 5 Stars. If I can remember to do so I will update this review at the one-year point.

Perfect Chair for Long Hours at a Desk
I've been using this chair for work, and I'm genuinely impressed with how comfortable it is. I spend many hours at my desk every day, and it provides excellent support for my back and shoulders. Assembly was straightforward, and all the parts fit together well. The chair feels sturdy, the leather looks nice, and the cushioning is thick without being too soft. I also love the reclining feature and the footrest—it makes taking short breaks much more comfortable. The chair looks much more expensive than it actually is, and it's a great combination of comfort, functionality, and value. If you work from home, game, or simply spend a lot of time sitting at your desk, I definitely recommend this chair. It's one of the best purchases I've made for my home office.

I love this chair
Color: Black
Style: 3 Position Reclining
This is a very well built chair that is very comfortable. However, the spring is so noisy that my wife is making me get a different chair given my home office is in my bedroom. I attempted to contact support and was told to put WD-40 on it, which I did, and it just made zero difference. If it weren't for having such a loud, squeaky spring, I would given this chair a 4-out-of-5. Other than the insanely squeaky spring, the locking points during recline are just kind of funky. The first one is barely reclining at all. The second one is not much better. And the next one, I feel like I'm practically laying down. The footrest is great. Very comfy and folds away easily. When I put my feet up, the chair constantly rotates to the right about 90 degrees making it very difficult to study/watch videos, etc. ===== Update: customer support took my request and sent me all replacement parts in just a few days. It no longer squeaks. After the replacement, the chair no longer rotates when I put my feet up, as well.

It's a great chair
Color: Terracotta
Style: 3 Position Reclining
I haven't left a review in a while. I wanted to for this one though. So I actually bought two of these chairs. This is the second one. I've gone through a few different office chairs at this point. The fact that I bought a second one for my home should say something. My wife and I both love the chairs. One thing I did notice is that the light brown colored one is slightly more plush than the green one. I bought a green one and the light brown one. The green one seems more firm but also very comfortable. It's not like the green one has no padding it's like the padding is just more firm. I actually like the green one a lot too. I like it for gaming. Supports my lower back without feeling like I'm sinking into a couch. I've had an actual gaming chair before too and it was trash. I'm glad I went with like a more luxury office chair. I like them both though. I weigh 230 pounds and I'm 6 foot three. The chair seems to hold me very well. I've had the green one for a few months now. I've had this light brown one for a few weeks now and I also really really like it. My wife and i use them both. I'm happy with the purchase. Thanks

Comfortable, but not the quality I was looking for.
Color: Black
Style: 3 Position Reclining
It's not what I expected in quality. Overall it's decent, but for about $100 more you could get a lot nicer. Pros: It is fairly comfortable. Cons: Arm rests are wobbly. It has that cheap fake leather look and feel. Not the high gloss look of real leather or even higher fake leather. Instructions are not super clear, but it's not that complicated to install. I recommend spending $100 more and getting higher quality chair with larger rubber wheels. the short plastic wheels are harder to move around in a seated position.

Chairs material cracking in months
Color: Beige
Style: 3 Position Reclining
Starting to crack in less than a year This is a BEAUTIFUL chair It is my favorite piece of furniture This makes me so sad I paid over 300 for this chair And I saved for this particular model because it reclines and it is very well made . However , I am only 112 lbs , I work 7 days a week , so it’s not as though I spend a whole lot of time in my home office I sit in it in the beginning and end of every day . So you can imagine how surprised I was to see it splitting , when I have only had it for so long . If the company reaches out to me with a solution , I will change my review . Is there so sort of cream or something that blends or can prevent this from further tearing ? I even purchased better wheels for this chair and intended for it to be long lasting , as the frame and size is so substantial , and I am so tiny , I can’t see how I have done this . I don’t have cats , I’m usually sitting in my pajamas when I sit in this chair , so I not sure what had caused it

Great customer service with previously noisy chair base!!
Color: Black
Style: 3 Position Reclining
The customer support team reached out following my initial review to see what they could do to help with the noise issue. They sent me a new style base that is noise free! They were very happy to assist in any way they could to ensure satisfaction with the chair! I would definitely buy a chair from them again, if needed! Original review below: The chair is comfortable, I like how the tilt feature works, and I like how the armrests can be moved up and down. However, the base of the chair (the star where the wheels connect) creak whenever you move the slightest. I have tried tightening the bolts, spraying a lubricant to help with the noise, but unless you sit almost still, it creaks all the time.

Great chair for the price, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!
Color: Black
Style: 3 Position Reclining
I normally don’t leave good reviews, let alone 5 star reviews, as I’m picky. But what I can say is this chair is fantastic. I was having a couple issues when installing it due to manufacturer issues. I contacted their support team directly and they completely answered in less than 24 hours, they got my issue solved without hassle. This chair is awesome, looks good and I hope it lasts a long time. Based on the customer service, I can assure you these people are amazing! The cushion on the seat isn’t soft, it’s sturdy as mentioned, but it’s PERFECT. Too much cushion can actually cause problems in the long run. Thank you so much for your help guys, the instructions were easy and I was able to build the chair within 20 minutes, probably would’ve been faster if I didn’t have any stripped screws.
