I really wasn't sure what I could expect from this steam cleaner, when I first requested it, as there were no photos or information about it in the listing at the time. But I was pleased when I received it, to see that it was a full-size steam cleaner, with attachments, instructions, etc. Built fairly well, with good quality materials too. It was here just in time too, as I was in the process of deep-cleaning my fridge, after losing power several times during late winter storms. I got it set up really quickly, and started to use it. It's actually really intuitive to use, and not difficult at all. The steam was so intense, that I could hardly see what I was doing in the fridge through the thick fog. It really helped to break up some sticky messes, and really helped me get my fridge clean and sanitary. I really like it alot, and will be using to clean everything- bathrooms especially!     • Pretty awesome steamer
It’s a small steamer and it works well but the hand sprayer is plastic and gets soft pretty quickly after use for longer periods of time like15 minutes, the hose gets extremely hot aswell but is wrapped in look to help some of the heat but not all. I can’t imagine this is going to hold up to multiple uses with the way the hand sprayer is already taking some warping from heat but so far it’s still working ... show more

Very nice steamer, particularly for crevices and corners. We went straight to work on the shower, and were delighted with those aspects. It will take a lot more time to handle wider areas such as the years of hard water buildup on the glass shower door. I wonder if there is an attachment for this steamer other than the smaller focused ones it came with? The water reservoir is fine for the smaller jobs especially given that I'm working near water. It does leave a lot of water behind... I should have expected that. It's going to take some work on my part, but overall I'm very pleased with the assist! ... show more

The quality of it is excellent, and the trigger control design is very convenient. I can adjust the steam intensity according to my needs. The steam temperature and pressure are high enough for thorough cleaning of various stubborn stains, leaving my home refreshed. It's a very practical product.
