The chair was of really good quality. But unfortunately, the chair's base was defective, the hole that goes on the gas cylinder was cut unevenly, or the welding job was done poorly. Because of that uneven base everytime you spin the chair to the right, the chair would feel like it was going upwards, and if you spin to the left, it felt like the chair was sloping downwards. Also, that caused the chair to spin to the left on its own and not stay in one position. The rest of the chair was good. Heavy metal quality, good cushioning. But it felt like the chair was a little narrow and small, and I am a small person myself. Assembly was straightforward, adjustment was good, and back support was okay, but a lumbar pillow is needed, without it, it's mid. ... show more
