The chair is aesthetically pleasing and the faux leather has a suede-like feel. I purchased the low-back in brown-normal and the color was true to how the pictures looked. It's my bad, but the arms are not adjustable and are very high, so the chair does not fit under my desk. I'm using this mainly to sit back from the desk for video conferencing, so it's not that big of a deal and I decided to keep it because it's comfortable enough and I'm very picky about aesthetics. For more "sensible" customers, I would actually recommend AGAINST this chair, again because of the very high arms, the padding on the chair isn't the most comfortable you can find, and it's not the most ergonomic-friendly. The adjustments are also quite minimal compared to other office chairs of a similar price. For example, I have short legs (I'm 5'3") and the chair on the lowest setting is still too high. Also, the chair doesn't rock THAT much (I've been in many other chairs with a greater range). ... show more

Easy to assemble. For shorter people like 5’3 and under may need a foot stool. The arm rests sit high which works for me bc I have short arms. The back of the chair hugs your back and reduces back pain. I WFH so this has done me well. I just got a new desk that sits a little higher and that’s helpful, again bc of my short arms. The leather looks like it has the potential to wear easily so I will treat it to protect it. The chair does have a lock to prevent it from leaning back which can be unlocked to lean back, but once you lean back, there is no lock to keep it in that position. ... show more
