PROS: The chair is really comfortable, and I like the material (got the brown). It looks nice and seems sturdy and well made so far. It was fairly easy to put together. The rocker function works well. CONS: I’m 5’8.5” with most of my height in my torso, but still, on the taller side of the average woman. At the lowest setting, my feet can just barely lay flat on the ground. Also, at the lowest setting, the arms are too high to fit under my standard sized desk, so I had to remove them. Finally, the measurement for the seat width in the picture is ONLY for the WIDE option…even though the picture is shown on the REGULAR option. (This was fine because I wanted a more narrow seat anyway, but be aware if you’re wanting a criss-cross style.) I have an ample bottom and the regular size width is plenty comfortable for me. ... show more

The chair is aesthetically pleasing and the faux leather has a suede-like feel. I purchased the low-back in brown-normal and the color was true to how the pictures looked. It's my bad, but the arms are not adjustable and are very high, so the chair does not fit under my desk. I'm using this mainly to sit back from the desk for video conferencing, so it's not that big of a deal and I decided to keep it because it's comfortable enough and I'm very picky about aesthetics. For more "sensible" customers, I would actually recommend AGAINST this chair, again because of the very high arms, the padding on the chair isn't the most comfortable you can find, and it's not the most ergonomic-friendly. The adjustments are also quite minimal compared to other office chairs of a similar price. For example, I have short legs (I'm 5'3") and the chair on the lowest setting is still too high. Also, the chair doesn't rock THAT much (I've been in many other chairs with a greater range). ... show more
