    • Support bars too close.

Overall the product is decent. But the support bars go almost exactly where your hands would naturally want to go while doing a bench press. So it is hard to lift the weight and then adjust your hands and then readjust to put the weight back down. Also, with a standard 7 foot bar when loading a 45 pound plate the bar wants to tip over until the other plate is on. Also, when doing dumbbell chest flies, the attachment on the machine gets in the way. It would be nice if there was a quick release for that part. ... show more

Easy to set up and took me less than 10 minutes. I liked it and tried everything. I like it a lot myself. I sit at my computer most of the day. Ever since I moved my urinal chair to my Home Office, I like to lift weights on it when I take a short break. I'm really looking forward to seeing the ABS in a month.
