  • Hexclad is the BEST nonstick pan!
Size: 4.5 Quarts
I've owned a lot of cookware over the years, and the HexClad 4.5 Quart Hybrid Nonstick Deep Sauté Frying Pan has quickly become the pan I reach for most. The size is nearly perfect. It's deep enough for one-pot meals, stir-fries, pasta dishes, and braising, yet still feels balanced and easy to maneuver. The hybrid cooking surface gives me the confidence to get a beautiful sear while still enjoying the convenience of a nonstick pan. Cleanup has been surprisingly easy. Even after cooking sticky sauces or browning meats, a quick wash is usually all it takes to make it look new again. The construction feels exceptionally solid, heats evenly, and performs well on every burner I've used. I also appreciate the versatility. It transitions effortlessly from stovetop to oven, and the included lid makes it ideal for simmering, steaming, or finishing dishes. Yes, it's an investment, but it's one of those kitchen tools that earns its place every single day. If you're looking for one pan that can handle almost everything from breakfast to dinner, this is it. I can honestly say it's one of the best pieces of cookware I've ever owned, and I'd buy it again without hesitation. ... show more

  • A Very Nice Pan with Several Nice Features
Size: 7-Quart
This is a very nice pan. It’s large enough to roast a chicken. Yet it’s not heavy like a cast iron dutch oven. Also, not having a giant handle, like some pans do, makes it easier to use in the oven or on the stove top. So far, the non stick coating is holding up, but more time is needed to see if it truly holds up. ... show more

  • PERFECT 100%
Size: 10-Quart
It's expensive but worth buying. Not a bit of complaint

  • So far so great!
Size: 5.5-Quart
You must season the pans prior to using them. It is easy and not an issue. The pan looks awesom out of the box. We have had it for a couple of weeks now still looks great. The handle is stainless steel and does not heat up quickly which is great. However, I am sure if you leave the handle over a flame it is going to heat up. If you use the pan in an oven the handle will get hot. The non-stick is off the chart good. I have had full teflon pans before, this is every bit of that and more. The thickness of the pan is useful enough. The pan heats very quickly. You will need to go lower on the heat than maybe with other pans used in the past until you get acclimated to this one. ... show more

  • Love HexClad!
Size: 4.5 Quarts
I’ve only had this HexClad pan for about a week but so far, I’m loving it. There was an easy process to season the pan prior to using and the steps were clearly stated and simple to follow. The pan is good sized and is perfect for my cooking needs. I like that it can be used from stove to oven also. Washing and clean up after cooking is a breeze! ... show more

  • Best no stick pan we have ever used
Size: 10-Quart
Nice finish, sides are high enough to cut down on spatter when lifting lid. Fry’s well and stir fry is great. Exceptional pan, so much better than old no stick pans. We tossed them and got more hex clad.

  • Makes cooking a joy.
Size: 5.5-Quart

  • Expensive but good
Size: 3.3-Quart
I’m a fan of the HexClad product, although it’s quite expensive. I only purchase it when items are on sale. The pan is the perfect size for stovetops, with the ideal depth for sauces. It fits nice on a typical large burner for both gas and electric stoves. It’s a combination of cast iron and non-stick, and I’ve noticed some reviews where customers complain about eggs sticking. However, I season all my HexClad skillets as if they were cast iron, and it seems to work well for eggs. On the edge of the pan, when cracking an egg will stain some and requiring a bit more cleaning to remove. Once clean, it looks great. Heating the pan at medium heat for a few minutes before cooking seems to work best, similar to a cast iron pan. It’s a 5 star product but at the price point, it’s only 5 star when on sale. ... show more
