Wow I saw some negative reviews but after using my three new HexClad pans I find them exactly as advertised. I get perfectly cooked everything with no sticking and the best and easiest clean up of any pans I have own including Non stick ceramic. Notes Don't think directions don't matter because they do~! Point one I followed the the break in seasoning process per instructions (don't skip this step) Secondly, Hexclad says medium heat only ( Don't overlook that instruction) For example let say I wanted to make oatmeal in in your pan by first boiling water ( NEVER turn the HEAT to high to warm the water too quickly) Through practice I found the exact number on my electric stove that produces boiling water when you find that don't go higher than that heat setting ~!!!!! I think people that don't like how the pans hold up are using high heat settings. High heat is this pans enemy because stainless steel and non stick material expand and contract at different rates and if you insist on too high heat you will find that the non stick will separate its bond with the stainless steel ruining your pans, and they will not last as long as you expected them to last. That being said use just a little wisdom and these will be the best cooking pans you have ever cooked with~! ... show more
