  • After 40 decades of cooking, these are the best pans I've ever used.
I cook a lot, and used to own a restaurant. These are by far the best pans I've ever used, period. They're not cheap, but they are worth the money. We just keep adding to our collection every now and buying one or two at a time. There's not another cookware company I would even consider playing at this point, unless I just needed a stainless steel pot or something. As for non-stick, there's nothing else that comes even close. ... show more

  • "nonstick" v easy release
I've been using this pan for over a year. It's a terrific pan for specific uses It incorporates non-stick with stainless steel. Searing a steak? Excellent searing, with easy release. Same with seared scallops, etc.. Yes you need a bit of oil. My point? this pan results in a fantastic sear, with an easier "non-stick" release than a pure stainless steel pan. The pan has held up well....Love it. ... show more

  • Best Nonstick Pan in my long journey
I eat eggs nearly every morning and I like to cook stir fry or sear meat. These two different heat ranges has made finding a single nonstick pan somewhat difficult. I found nonstick pans work for my needs last only a year before the inside middle starts to brown. And there would inevitably be scratches in the pan because my housemates would use metal utensils to cook with or cut the meat when I instructed them to only use my silicone cooking utensils. So in light of my predicament and yearly cost, I wanted to find a pan with a better return upon investment. So far, I love this pan. It can handle any heat, is nonstick, has not discolored, and metal doesn't scratch it. The pan is heavier which is why I think it has a better contact surface. Heat conduction and distribution seems even and I cook on an electric stove (though I much prefer gas to cook with). I can tell from tge pancakes I've made with it. It hasn't scratched the top of my glass electric stove top either, but I'm careful to not shake it around like a wok on the stove top. I lift it up off the stove to toss veggies being cooked. Clean up is stupid easy with the pan. While it is safe to go in the dishwasher, I can easily hand wash it without hard scrubbing. While I haven't had this pan for a year yet, but if it lasts me at least 2 years, then I've definitely gotten my money's worth and will be buying another. ... show more

  • Nothing sticks
Nothing sticks to this pan, we have a stove that isn’t great with the heating element, with this pan I can actually make pancakes without one side burning. I will say using a metal spatula makes an unpleasant sound and my ASD and adhd kids get really bothers by it, but we switched to silicon and there’s no problem. I love this pan. ... show more

  • Quality pan
We bought the 12 inch open skillet. Wanted to try 1 piece before buying more. For the price would have liked a lid with it but oh well. Didn’t buy the deep skillet, thought it would be too heavy. Only had a few weeks but so far so good. Nice weight to it, not thin. IMO any pan will stick if not careful don’t care what they claim. All the ads showing an egg sliding around like an ice cube. Yeah right. I use Pam spray or light coating of olive oil even tho they say not needed. And DON’T USE HIGH HEAT!! That’s a hard one for me, use to searing meat or browning hamburger on high. Heats evenly. Cleans easy. Did have some chicken stick and burn before I got it loosened but wiped out easy. Never wash my pans in dishwasher so can’t speak to that. Happy so far. Update. This pan browns beautifully. Still use a small amount of oil and still learning to keep heat turned down. I’m using it more and more Note: bought 12 in chicken fryer. Lid does not fit 12” open skillet. Also standard 10 in lid does not fit 10”in pan. By design? So you have to buy their lids? ... show more

  • Great Product.
My son-in-law heard about this type of pan. Gave as a Christmas present for him to try out.

  • Wife loves it!
I don’t cook but I love to eat and my wife loves cooking with it so everyone wins. I’m not even mad when I wash the dishes cause it always cleans up easy. Been using it for months now and still good as new

  • Not worth it
If there was a zero stars I would have chosen that. The warranty is a joke. I followed all of the recommendations and the pan has warped, it sticks, and nothing is covered by their useless warranty. I had this pan for about 2.5yrs it has been warped for about a year that has continually gotten worse. No I haven’t added cold water to a hot pan nor submerged a hot pan in cold water. I am an experienced cook. This pan is not worth what you pay and the advertising is not indicative of practical use. Everything sticks in the center after about 6months of use. I do not cook on high heat and it still did not perform to the standard that this company “guarantees” there is no guarantee because the warranty does not cover anything. ... show more
