Description

Small and lightweight, the Hessaire MC26A Evaporative Cooler is ideal for cooling down decks, patios, garages, kennels, stables, and many more indoor and semi-outdoor areas. The cooler includes two reusable ice packs to chill down the circulating water providing cooler airflow. 2,100 CFMs cools down areas up to 750 square feet. The Hessaire MC26A comes with locking caster wheels and rear cord storage for easy mobility. An electronic LCD control panel provides a simple way to control the fan speed, humidity level and louver oscillation. A remote control is also included.

I'm not sure about energy-efficient, as just received yesterday. American-Mechanic was the seller and it was shipped on Monday - I received it yesterday, Tuesday! Wasn't even expected til 16th -20th. Only thing you must do is make sure it is in front of outside air. I have it in front of slightly ajar front door. The cool air that comes out of this is excellent. I wish it was a little more compact but it did the job. In the very humid weather, I wouldn't say it lowered temp 20 degrees but it did do some good. Got one for our granddaughter as a wedding present and they were very pleased with it. Neither of us has air conditioning so we used it inside. Next summer we will test outside. ... show more

Absolutely love the cooler! We have another one, but it didn't cover as much area (350 sqft). This one does 750 sqft! This one is also much easier to add water to, most of them you have to practically stand on your head to see the water level! The one had a little red ball in the window to show you your water level, wonderful! ... show more

    • TV and soundbar remotes turn off water pump
This cooler works well but we could not figure out why the water pump kept turning off. Turns out the power button on our LG TV remote and the down volume on our Bomaker PC soundbar remote turn off the water pump. At least we are now aware of the problem. Makes me wonder how many people have had to return this product thinking it was a defective water pump. ... show more

    • Works great but.......
What I like: The gurgling noise it makes like a fountain and is soothing. Cools well. What I don't like: Could not get the wheels on. Puts too much humidity in your home. I have 2 dehumidifiers going when it's on. If I had known you have to have 2 open windows , I would not have purchased it as the room it's not in gets hot. Think it would be okay for outside or garage but, not inside the house. Overall, I will be buying an air conditioner and call this a lesson learned. ... show more
