I was somewhat worried after reading the other reviews (after purchasing the chair 🙂) but it came in yesterday and I have to say I am happy with my purchase. The chair looks practically new and I believe most of the parts are brand new. It also came with the allen wrench for the 4 screws. My only negative comment is the way it was packed in the shipping box. My chair arrived with a small scratch at the back. The chair can easily be damaged if the box is not handled properly. Consider adding a 1"or 2" polystyrene sheet in the bottom of the box for extra protection! Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!!! ... show more

The chair came in a big box and when I opened it up, the back had to be attached to the chair itself. There was a baggie with four long bolts and an Allen wrench, and it was pretty obvious how the back attached, but there were no instructions in the chair. It’s fairly intuitive how to operate and raise and lower the arms and adjust, but still would be nice to have instructions. I mean, I paid quite a bit for this chair. I expected a little bit better so far I’m happy with it and if I have any problems, I will update my review. Seems the company that sells. These is kind of hit and miss with packing. Update. Grease or oil of some kind has leaked from this chair onto my carpet overnight. Not happy about that. I have ordered new roller-skate type wheel to replace the ones that came with the chair.Now I gotta figure out how to get the grease and oil stains out of my carpet.! ... show more

Purchased the HM Aeron size B from these guys with full knowledge knowing they were refurbished, but man are they CHEAP. Lever handle broke off almost immediately, cable for leaning function never worked from the start, and they never sent a cover for the bottom cable assembly. After all the chair issues comes the biggest, the customer service. They are practically nonexistent and helpful is not a part of their vocabulary. 0/10 for this product and company. Avoid wasting your money here. Wish I could give less than a 1 star. Awful company. ... show more

Chair shipped fast and have been using for 2+ years as I’ve been told these chairs can last 20+ years. I believe it after the couple years. Very sturdy and American made for a plus.

I saw other sellers reviews and had doubts of getting the Aeron renewed on Amazon. However, when I saw the amount of packaging that went into shipping this to me, I knew it would be a good quality renewed product. Lots of packaging to take off but the chair looks and behaves like brand new! 10/10 would buy again from them WB Seating. They provided easy instructions to assemble and a custom made tag that shows you how to operate the chair. Very professional. ... show more
