First of all let me say MadisonSeating has great customer service and the actual chair is really great. They ship the chair mostly put together which I'm sure costs them more and makes the experience of getting into the chair and getting to work really nice. Overall a good experience but I need to make sure potential buyers know that the headrest and back support are NOT Herman Miller brand or quality. Specifically I am disappointed in the headrest. I have a longer torso and wanted the headrest for the tallest setting and it doesn't stay up. MadisonSeating was quick to send a replacement of the headrest but its exactly the same. It's a cheap headrest that doesn't stay up when you slide it up. It needs a tightening option so that once you set it up it stays up, but as it comes, when i put my head back the headrest slides back down into the lowest setting. Both the one it came with and the replacement they shipped did the exact same thing. I really thought this was a good deal thinking I was getting Herman Miller headrest and back support but since those are some off brand I can only say I got an ok deal at $588.00. ... show more

I bought Herman Miller Aeron Fully Loaded with Headrest from Exclusive Home and Office Furnishings and I love it. It is 100% as described, looks and feels as an authentic Aeron. This chair is a life changer: it is one of the biggest factors in how many hours I'm able to work, how well or poorly my back is aligned, and how comfortable I feel. If you're serious about your work, spending as much on a good chair as you do on your computer isn't begging too much: you can make the money back with the longer hours it lets you sit comfortably for and in the hospital bills you'll avoid from having a properly aligned back. I'm unaware of any good alternatives to aeron. ... show more

I am amazed at the difference this chair makes in regard to my back/neck pain. I wish I would have purchased this chair 2 years ago. The tilt and headrest is simply amazing. I have severe low back pain and sitting for hours at a time was debilitating. I am excited to be able to be productive without tremendous pain! It's worth the money. Unfortunately, the tilt/forward mechanism mechanism on the left hand side fell apart into little bits when I was adjusting the amount of forward motion. Other than that the chair is fine. Can't see any way of getting a replacement for that particular part which is a pity.
