I am extremely happy with this purchase. The furniture arrived well packaged, the assembly process was straightforward, and once completed it looked great and felt sturdy. It’s a lot of manual labor but well worth the price. Stability/balance can be adjusted with the bottom leg pegs. But my recommendation is to not tighten all screws until at least 85% is completed. So you can adjust positions of each piece of furniture. Everything fit inside a 13’ hexagon gazebo. I will include a video so yah can see it. During assembly, I discovered that one of the threaded inserts on a couch section had been damaged, making it impossible to install the screw properly. I contacted customer service expecting a lengthy process, but I was pleasantly surprised. The company responded quickly, was courteous and professional, and sent a replacement piece without any hassle or unnecessary back-and-forth. The replacement arrived fast, and the issue was resolved immediately. In today’s world, good customer service can be hard to find, so I really appreciate how easy they made the entire process considering that I bought it 07/2025 and just assembled it 06/2026. Now that’s a great company. Think about that guys. Usually it be like, nope, sorry. Too long ago. The finished set looks fantastic, and the company’s willingness to stand behind their product gave me even more confidence in my purchase. I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend both the product and the company to anyone considering it. Attached will be a video of the completed project. It looks great, and is very comfortable. Only 4 stars because it was a little bit difficult to put a few of the bolts in during assembly, but still very manageable. As a side note, it’s helpful to have a second person close by for assistance a couple of times.

I purchased the Hera’s 6 piece patio set and I love it. The quality is great and the comfort just as amazing. Putting it together had a few incidents but nothing you wouldn’t expect. I put one ottoman together wrong and couldn’t get the screws out because I stripped them. Now this was my fault of course but I went on line and had a chat with customer service and within 10 days I had a replacement. I think Hera’s furniture and customer service is excellent. My goodness. What trash. Nothing lines up. Design is my a masochist. Unpacked it to put together and can't get a refund without somehow shipping it back. Likely going to the landfill and I wasted over $1000. Please do yourself and your sanity a favor and don't buy this junk.

I am very pleased and impressed with my furniture selection. Shipping was speedy (it arrived 3 days after ordering), the product description was exceptionally accurate, the assembling process was pretty straightforward. One hint of advice for anyone assembling this product yourself; know that these are machine screws, so don't tighten anything initially. Only after you've gotten them started, should you tighten them all. Quality of the product appears to be pretty good. Great customer service. I did have a problem with the table, contacted the manufacture with pictures and they sent a replacement immediately. I'm giving them 4.5 stars because two screws where missing for the couch and I went to home depot to purchase them. ... show more

We are very pleased with this set! We did have to wait for all the boxes to arrive, as some boxes were delayed. Once all boxes were here, the assembly went well and the set is beautiful and comfortable. Our suggestion would be to take all the cushion covers and separate them. The ones with the long zipper that goes around the cushion corner are the seat cushions and the others are the back ones. Assemble each piece separately and use a tarp to keep track of the hardware and screws. Do NOT tighten the screws until all screws are started! (As stated in the instructions) I was glad that all the seat and back cushions seem to be the same size. Much easier! Really glad we bought this! Perfect for our cabin decks ... show more
