I am so glad I bought the see before the price jumped $150! I had a set of ceramic coated pots and pans that were nearly 7 years old, but chipping and things sticking to them, it was time for a new set. I wanted to switch to stainless steel because I don’t love washing dishes by hand. I know Henkels is a good name, so I went ahead and purchased these. They are great! They heat up evenly, the handles don’t get hot, and are a solid and sturdy pot and pan set. My only complaint is the lids are metal, but I have an old set of glass Henkel lids that fit these pots and pans perfectly, so I will be using those lids instead. So I love this set they are comfortable and quality for the price. Here is the bad thing about this set… everything is very small and this company doesn’t sell anything separately or offer larger options that will match my set. This totally defeats the purpose I had of buying a new SET of pots and pans. I’m going to purchase the larger pans and pots from another company but I’m not happy about that. The non-stick of this product depends on how you use them, you have to season when new. You also must let it heat up for at least 2 minutes then add oil or butter.
