I collect a lot of cookware, from high quality stainless steel to the newer "fad" ceramic offerings. I'm health conscious when it comes to food preparation, so getting away from any toxic aspect of cookware has been important to me. Saw this new option from Hell's Kitchen and figured I'd give it a try since it balanced both stainless steel and ceramic. Look/Feel These pans undoubtedly look great with a sleek design and trendy pattern on the cooking surface. Both the pot and the skillet are evenly balanced and sit flat on your cooktop when empty, with a weight that is not too heavy but not chintzy either. Performance After doing a quick seasoning, these pans both heat up quickly and evenly on my gas stovetop. I haven't had to put heat higher than medium for any of my dishes -- I get plenty of heat at that setting which ideally also helps preserve the non-stick ceramic coating. The handles stayed cool in both scenarios, so assume it would remain cool even if you did go with a higher heat setting. I typically use a little butter or oil when cooking, and just a small amount seems to do the trick to assist with the non-stick properties. I have used the skillet so far for eggs (my go to test on new non-stick cookware) and it performed great -- the eggs slid out and clean up was a breeze. For the pot, I used it to create a sauce which turned out perfect. Again, easy clean up -- just a quick rinse and mild soap with a soft sponge. Overall, I like the blend of materials on these pans and they provide for an easy cooking experience, while also maintaining a clean, good looking surface. While my other ceramics work well, those surfaces do show stains more easily over time -- ideally this set performs better or simply hides the stains since it's a darker surface. And while I prefer non-China cooking materials, this set seems to be a solid option and may be worth if looking for similar results.

I've used a lot of cookware in my time and I can say these are damned good. I couldn't even easily break down the box they came in--they're that good. This is tri-clad stainless steel with aluminum core cookware--its real cookware and looks like it--its heavy and well made. I really liked that I could cook with these without having to constantly adjust the temperature. These kettles heated up just right--not overly fast--and maintained an even temperature setting well. I could saute' without overcooking. I made fettuccine with gooey mozzarella in them and there wasn't much sticking--even with mozzarella. These kettles were easy to clean. In time with seasoning they will just get better. I couldn't help but notice you can order add on sets of these kettles too, so you can gradually build your cookware without breaking the bank all at once. A chef will not be disappointed with these!!

This pot and pan set have been a great addition to my cookware. It is such a convenient size pot and pan. The pot is just the right size for making soup and mashed potatoes. I have enjoyed the fry pan every morning for making eggs. I do not have prep the pan with spray or butter when cooking. Nothing has sticked to bottom so the non-stick on these are very nice. Both have some weight to them, and the handles feel very durable. I have only hand washed them, but they are extremely easy to clean as food does stick to the bottom or sides. None of my food I have made has burned or been under cooked, so the heat is distributed evenly. The lid fits both the pan and pot. It has a small vent for steaming which is nice.

These pans are fantastic! They are made of a super heavy, durable material that provides a great, even heat while cooking. The non-stick properties are excellent, making cleanup afterwards super easy without worrying about scratching the pan to remove stuck-on food. These are on the pricey side, but honestly, for the quality, durability, and cooking capabilities, they are worth every penny.

I think this is exactly same with hexclad. I used to use hexclad and I didn't like it for certain reason so gave it away. But I missed the fact it is safe with stainless steel cookware so was searching for similar one. I got this through vine, but I think the price is cheaper than hexclad and quite reasonable. I like the fact that one lid can cover both sauce pan and frying pan. Personally I don't like the brand name hells kitchen because I feel like I will get yelled when I'm cooking but I like the quality.

Very nice triclad set of pot and pan that are easy to use and take care of. Perfect for electric or gas stoves and even dishwasher safe (although it is recommended to hand wash). I love the flame design on the inside and out. It gives a nice even cook. I also like how the lid works for either the skillet or pot. I could see getting more of these in the future.
