After purchasing 4 cameras to surveillance my nanny in July 2023, one of them stopped working. It started glitching by disconnecting and reconnecting then stopped working overall. Contacted customer service and followed their reset instructions and unfortunately it still didn’t work. I sent them a video of my issue and proof of order and was sent a replacement fairly quickly. Great customer service!

The camera is good and my partner and I were very happy using it as a monitor for our baby, until it stopped working reliably after 5 months. When I try to use it, it often is unable to connect, or says connection lost, so we are unable to get a view of our baby, although the motion detector is still working. So I will get an alert that there is motion, but then I am unable to connect and get an image of my baby to see what is going on. Additionally, the sound stopped working. So, the rare times that I can connect, I am not able to hear what is going on in the room. I can just see her to see if she is crying or not. I was really happy with this purchase and actually recommended it to various friends with babies, until this started happening about 2 weeks ago. I did various things to trouble shoot to try to fix it, my partner did as well, but it is still malfunctioning. very disappointed. If the camera connected more reliably and had sound I would give a 5 star review. when it works, it is great. But I need it to work.

Easy to install. However remember it’s a one sided lens, you have to put it on the wall, the lens has to face the intruder. If you do like me by putting it on the dresser. Someone can just turn it around with the face on the wall . I don’t care how much noise you’d make, it will not turn around. I am going to put mine on the angle of the wall.
