I recently purchased this steam cleaner after doing quite a bit of research, especially with some of the larger brands having recall issues lately. I specifically wanted a model with a trigger lock, and this one delivered exactly that, no hand fatigue during longer cleaning sessions, which was a big win! Another huge plus is that it doesn’t use any chemicals, which is important to me. It works using just water and high heat, making it safe to use around kids and pets, and I found it genuinely effective on multiple surfaces, from tile and countertops to glass. One of my main uses was cleaning grout and tackling some mold that had started to show some growth on the bath caulking. The steam handled both tasks really well. I was impressed by the temperature: I measured it at 180°F, which was more than sufficient for my needs. I know it says it will top out at 230 but I didn't want to apply that much heat where it would prob remove my caulking and whereby creating a different proble. What really sets this cleaner apart, though, is the range of accessories it comes with. It included: a couple of straight and bent nozzle tips hose extension an ironing brush cloth window squeegee a stiff nylon brush a measuring cup and a funnel for easy filling Each tool had a purpose, and I ended up using most of them during my first cleaning spree. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s powerful, thoughtfully designed, and chemical-free. I LOOOVE my new handheld steam cleaner!! It is an absolute MUST HAVE if you are a clean freak like me or if you just love to have a clean and nice house! I love using this to clean the grout stains in between my tiles. It works amazingly well and I was able to clean the toughest grout stains in my kitchen! My kitchen floors look BRAND NEW like it was when I first moved in. It's a handheld size so it's not too big and it's easy to carry around to clean. The pressure works great as well. Just add water and the stream cleaner heats up literally in less than 1 minute. The product comes with multiple attachments so you can use it to clean multiple places and things around the house. I’ve been using this steam cleaner for both home and car detailing, and it’s worked better than I expected. It heats up quickly and the steam pressure is strong enough to lift grime from tight spots without needing chemicals. I’ve used it on kitchen grease, bathroom tile, and more recently on my car’s seats and floor mats with great results. The included attachments make it easy to reach between seats and into air vents where dust usually builds up. I also like that I can refill it while in use, so I don’t have to stop and wait.
