When my friend unpacked this machine he exclaimed, "It's the Rolls Royce of Scooters!" I agree. The scooter came superbly tied down and packed in a strong metal box frame with thick cardboard securely bolted to all sides. The delivery driver was unable to bring his 18-wheeler down our narrow dirt road, so he loaded the box onto the back of my friend's pickup truck with a small forklift. We were then able to drive it to my house and slide it down over a pair of wooden planks into my heated garage. The scooter arrived without a single scratch or ding. Although it seemed bigger and heavier than I had envisioned, my friend had no difficulty completing the assembly and I have no trouble driving or maneuvering it. The high-quality finish seems much like that of a new automobile. I also love the removable basket and the roomy lockable cargo trunk. My single word for the machine and its features: impressive. The seat, back and headrest of the scooter all fit me beautifully and are wonderfully comfortable as I bounce over our pothole-riddled dirt drive up to the paved town road. It easily conquers the mud, puddles, snow, and ice that thwarted my little hard-wheeled scooter. The fat tires on this one and its powerful motor enable me to cross hilly lawns, gullies and pea-stone garden paths that always caused my little mobility scooter to get stuck. The suspension is a delight; the shock absorbers don't rattle my teeth or jounce my back as my small scooter does, and the electric motor is delightfully quiet. I really liked the idea of the adjustable steering column, and it was a factor in my purchase. Although I found that I never changed its position once I positioned it for my own needs, adjustability would certainly benefit drivers of other sizes. The twist controls are so responsive that I tend to accelerate or decelerate too quickly when wearing thick insulated winter mittens. I believe would be safer and more comfortable resting my hands on a delta tiller handle such as the one on my small scooter. A delta tiller is an ergonomic oval-shaped wrap-around handle. You can position your hands wherever you wish, rest your wrists as you drive, and steer with either hand. A throttle lever on either side of a tiller allows you to control backward and forward movement with a slight motion of your preferred finger. Lack of a tiller handle wasn't a deal breaker for me, nor was the location of the charging socket that requires me to kneel to insert the plug. I am a small 82-year-old partially disabled woman living on the coast in rural downeast Maine. I am no longer able to walk my dog a mile or two every day. My young husky loves to run alongside this scooter, and we go the top speed of 15 mph on the paved town road. The excellent lights and turn signals keep us safe on roads with other vehicles, especially at dusk when we often go out for a ride. It would be handy to have a sturdy post or bracket midway up the body of the machine so I could hitch the dog to it rather than my leg, but we've never had a problem. It would also be nice to secure her to such a device so I could go into houses to deliver mail or visit briefly with my neighbors. I’ll need to devise something that will work for us. This scooter is a high-quality machine that looks and performs exactly as advertised. Would I buy this same one again? Absolutely! It And that’s why I’m giving it five stars. ... show more

There are two scooters in this category. This one is the white tire where you need a double door To get it out of the house. Both have ample power to climb and get over obstacles Even on just setting one. The perfect summer runaround for my grandkids and me. Other than one that has a lipo batteries This is the best option. Not just on amazon but in general as well. I found a solution For cupholders. I am now searching for a solution for the cell phone holder. If you have stairs you will need ramps. Be careful of the Cheap aluminum ones as this is a very heavy unit with heavy batteries and usually the rider is not too light either. Foldable car ramps of course worked fine but that's not a Viable. Long term solution. A ramp would probably be even better but again now Extra money. I'm presently trying various routes now. I will do some videos and reviews once it is warmer here in new jersey. As it is now i'm only comfortable in the house when it's like ninety degrees. My son in law has written a few different electric vehicles including says this is more powerful. It definitely climbs the rim and present stairs.Better there with absolutely no issue. ... show more

Don't buy this. It was a Wonderful product for the first year. Then it began falling apart and malfunctioning. Poor manufacturing quality and this should not be touted all terrain if you cannot travel safely off road. There is no one to contact for customer support and no product protection available on here that covered this scooter, though when I bought it it said my monthly protection covered this item (as part of the sale page prior to purchase) so Amazon algorithm got it wrong and this is not a covered item. If you misplaced owner manual you are without any help ... show more

The back was really tightly packed with some soft packing stuff. I had no idea that it was part of the back, thought it was holding the back into place. So we cut them in order to get the seat out. Then realized it was part of the scooter, talked to tech support, and hopefully we can fix it with his suggestion. It would have been 100% easier to have had one of their bright stickers, saying, "DO NOT CUT WIRE". But the chair is great. It has a lot more speed, be careful at 15 mph, but it is fun. The frame is smaller then my husband's last one, so we can keep it in our small shed. The back isn't as comfortable as his last one, the last one was very cushy and he doesn't use the headrest. ... show more

Outstanding vehicle that is well made. I needed one with enough ground clearance and power to reach my gardens. This one worked perfectly. Only change we made was to remove the closed storage compartment on the back and replace it with a wire basket for garden tools.
