The product arrived on time and undamaged. The protective steel shipping frame is put together with 14mm bolts and some of the parts are welded. With a thunderstorm bearing down on us, after looking over what it would take to disassemble it, I opted to use a sawzall to just cut the frame away to save time. Once we got it out of the shipping materials, the biggest challenge was the total absence of "getting started" guidance. I could see that the charger, parts, and paperwork were located in a space under the seat. There was no release lever or other readily identifiable way to move the seat to get to them. It turns out you have to use the ignition key on a spring loaded key lock on the rear of the vehicle behind the seat and hold it in the turned position while pivoting the seat forward. The manual's Identification of controls and initial charging instructions were straightforward but much of the rest of it is baffling because the translation from the manufacturer's Chinese into English was only partially successful. A rewrite of the manual by a native English speaker would be a huge help. I found a contradiction in the instructions for charging. One spot said the master switch under the seat has to be on when charging, and the other spot said it had to be off. I contacted the rep and he confirmed that the master switch has to be on to charge the battery. With that said, the scooter is very easy to use and runs like a champ. It runs fine on uneven lawns and climbs moderate grades even at the lowest power setting. Due to the narrow wheel base I only use it at very low speeds on uneven ground to avoid tipping. Overall I'm very pleased with it so far.

Highly recommend this scooter and company. Its not a breakdown scooter but perfect for what we needed. My husband is larger so we needed something that felt stable and comfortable to ride. The 4 wheels is huge. Other scooters were challenged with terrain sand or grass but this scooter does amazing. Adjustable seat forward and back tilt. My husband got lots of compliments and fist bumps from other guys, when driving around on it. The service was outstanding. Communication throughout sale and delivery. Quick to reply with questions we had after sale. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

This scooter is AMAZING!!!! It’s fast, it’s a smooth ride, the seat is so comfy and it’s beautiful! I can’t believe how many heads it turns and how many compliments I’m getting while in public places. I recently stopped driving due to vision issues so this scooter is my new best friend. In love the scooter, but you need to be at least 5 ft. 5 " tall and have legs long enough, so that you don't have to scoot forward in the seat to have a comfortable ride. There is a lot of power with this scooter and even though it goes up to 19-miles per hour, I wouldn't advise anyone to do so. I am a senior, and I ride about 7-miles per hour, and that is fast. Slow down to almost a stop before trying to turn around. Last of all, do not drive the scooter in gravel, or the scooter will bog down and try and flip backwards.
