an excellent bunkie board. the board comes in two finishd sections . each section unfolds to fit on the top of one half of your box spring. i installed this queen size board on top of a new low-profile metal box spring assembly. the rubber high-friction fabtric on the bottom the board prevents it from sliding or shitfing, once the mattress is placed on top of it. its dimensions are true, and it fits the box spring perfectly. you can hardly see it once the mattress is placed on top of it. it defintiely helped maintain the firmness and support i wanted from my matress by avoiding matress sag between the box spring supports. this bunkie board is made of quality materials and is very durable- so it may possibly outlive your mattress.

Never used one of these before, it is super quiet and works really well on my kids’ loft beds. It weighs like nothing but is super strong I’m actually really impressed. Fit on the twin bed fine, but most importantly it’s really thin so it’s not eating into the mattress clearance

This Bunkie Board is sturdy, and well made. It was so easy to install. No installation at all really. You just put it down easily. I have a slatted bed foundation and not only was my mattress sliding around, it was affected by the slats. The Bunkie Board solved ALL of that. The size and height is perfect. Offers so much stablility. I now have a much more comfortable sleeping situation. It is so sturdy and well made. I would definitely recommend it. It's worth every penny.

It's overpriced but it works. My teen was complaining that her back was hurting from the mattress being too soft. I had gotten a slotted platform support, but the slots were too wide. This solved the problem and that backaches are gone. It is thin, but the mattress stays in place.

OKAY HEY HELLO LISTEN TO ME, I HAVE BEEN ON A GRUELING MATTRESS JOURNEY FOR NIGH 7 YEARS NOW. WE HAVE GONE THROUGH SEVERAL MATTRESSES IN THIS TIME. NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. THEY DON'T MAKE MATTRESSES LIKE THEY USED TO, OF THAT I'M CERTAIN. PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE, NO DOUBT. WELL, PART OF THE PROBLEM MAY BE POOR QUALITY, BUT I NOW BELIEVE ANOTHER PART OF THE PROBLEM IS POOR SUPPORT. THAT IS, POOR BEDFRAME SUPPORT. YOU SEE, WE USED THE TYPICAL CHEAP WIRE BEDFRAME INITIALLY. NO MATTRESS SEEMED TO LAST MORE THAN A YEAR OR TWO BEFORE TERRIBLE SAGGING AND BACK PAIN ENSUED. THEN I STARTED TO THINK MAYBE THE PROBLEM WAS OUR BEDFRAME MORE THAN THE MATTRESSES WE WERE GETTING. SO WE GOT A BEDFRAME WITH WOOD SLATS WITH SMALL GAPS. A SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT, BUT THEY STILL HAD FLEX TO THEM AND SPACES IN BETWEEN, AND IT JUST SEEMED LIKE OUR MATTRESSES STARTED TO SAG A LITTLE AFTER PLOPPING THEM ON THERE. SO I THOUGHT...MAYBE I'LL SLAP A PLYWOOD SHEET IN THERE AND JUST GIVE IT A GO? BUT I WENT TO THE HOME DEPOT AND THERE WERE A MILLION TYPES OF PLYWOOD TO CHOOSE FROM, AND SO I JUST WALKED OUT. I DON'T LIKE HAVING A MILLION CHOICES. THIS IS WHY I LOVE RAISING CANE'S - THERE'S LIKE 2 DIFFERENT THINGS ON THE MENU. I CAN MAKE A DECISION WHEN EATING THERE. IT'S GREAT. AND I DO THINK IT HELPED SOME! BUT...IT STILL SEEMED INADEQUATE. AFTER ALL, THERE WERE STILL SPACES BETWEEN THE TWO SETS OF SLATS, SPACE FOR THE MATTRESS TO SINK INTO OVER TIME AND COMPROMISE THE SUPPORT. YOU MUST HAVE PROPER SUPPORT IN YOUR MATTRESS OR YOU WILL DIE. SO...WE GOT A NEW MATTRESS RECENTLY, IDK I LOST COUNT, MAYBE OUR 8TH OR SOMETHING. AND INITIALLY IT WAS VERY NICE - SUPPORTIVE, FIRM, GOOD FOAM TOPLAYER AND SO ON. BUT...WITHIN WEEKS I FELT AS IF MY SIDE WAS BEGINNING TO KIND OF SAG. HOW!??!?!??! CONFOUND IT, I SAID NO MORE - LET'S LOOK ON AMAZON AGAIN, JUST FOR KICKS, AND SEE IF THERE BE ANY NEW BUNKIE BOARDS I CAN LOOK INTO. AND MY FRIENDS, THAT IS HOW I HAPPENED 'PON THE MELIUSLY HEAVY DUTY 10MM BUNKIE BOARD KING SIZE (76X80") PATENT PENDING LOW PROFILE BED BOARD DESIGN - BREATHABLE, NOISE MINIMIZING, MOISTURE RESISTANT BUNKIEBOARDS, LOW PROFILE BED SUPPORT. I wish I knew these existed years ago. This put new life into my aging mattress. Very high quality product too, feels like its made from good materials and it fit my king bed frame perfectly from corner to corner giving the mattress full support in the corners. Highly recommended!

I purchased this for $109 on Dec 2 to see if it would address lower back pain that I was having every morning when I woke. My Purple mattress is not very old and sits on the 4" frame they sell with it. I thought it might have become too soft. My lower back was hurting so badly in the morning that I could not bend over to pick up the dogs' bowls. After installing this board, I am sleeping better during the night these last two weeks both because my shoulder isn't hurting and my back isn't hurting. I didn't expect it to help the shoulder pain. I am really surprised how much this helped. And of course, it simply unfolds so the install was only difficult due to the mattress. Money well spent.
