Very HAPPY! I researched these types of portable saunas and ordered this reasonably priced FAR infrared type. Pros: high quality appearance - better than expected, more like great looking camping gear; wouldn't mind leaving it up in my guest room. Like the double sided insulated walls - the exterior does not get hot to the touch, which is nice when you have your cell or anything else in the exterior pocket. Good design with the hand zip holes and neck collar, keeps heat in well. Love the fact that the head stays out while getting the benefits of the sauna. Four inside heating panels are large, 26"x11" which cover from about ankle to neck when sitting in there. Also the panels are covered with a mesh type lining. SUPER easy set up, literally one minute. Simply "pop" up into place, no assembly - internal frame is pre-installed. Heats up quickly, could feel the heat within a minute. Relaxing for sure; could lean head back in the slouch type chair and even use a small pillow if wanted. Chair is strong and sturdy, though takes up the majority of the room inside. I draped a towel over the chair seat and arms to catch sweat and avoid wipe down each time. Cons: I'm 5'5 with long legs, and sit very comfortably in there. But a very tall or especially long legged person might be cramped. The front of the 'tent' could be more firmly structure to feel like there's more leg room. Not a big issue. I also checked the EMF with my meter. Recorded 3.5mG inside. Saw a review that stated super high reading, so bought an EMF tester. EF is a lot different than MF; EF will be high as all electrical items emit energy. MF as I understand is the important reading for health. I'll post an update after I become better familiar with the readings. OVERALL, very satisfied and would purchase this again, will likely gift at Christmas.

Lyme Disease..... I wrote that first so anyone thinking of getting this for that reason will notice it quickly. I have Lyme and probably have had it for many years before being diagnosed. I have had many symptoms....fatigue, joint problems....but the biggest, most debilitating symptom has been my skin problems. I won't go into tons of details but 6 years ago I started getting sores that wouldn't heal, felt like I was being stung by bees, felt like I had ants crawling under my skin and had the creepy fibers coming out of the sores and skin. I know, it sounds like I'm out of my gourd and delusional. But I'm not. Luckily they have discovered that the fibers are actually excess keratin that is formed because of the Lyme bacteria and the fungal problems that come along with the disease. Of course they don't have a treatment for this symptom....or so my doctor tells me. The problem is, the medical "professionals" did diagnose me as delusional....which made things so much worse. I have always been healthy but when I needed help, I couldn't get it. I've been dealing with this on my own. Somewhere along the way, just recently, I read that Infrared saunas help a lot with Lyme.....because the bacteria hates heat. At the same time I read that a product called Banderol also helps to drive out the bacteria. It should be combined with other meds that you can only get through a doc.....but my doc refuses to prescribe them. So I decided to try the sauna and Banderol on my own. I have to say, I do notice an improvement! I have a lot less sores and only once in a while do I get tingles under my skin. I'm so glad I found this sauna! I was just about to invest in one that is over $1000 but found this one. I figured I would try this out and if it worked well I would invest in a larger, wooden one in the future. This one has already paid for itself. I can use it as many times as I want, for as long as I want and don't have to pay $20 or more each time. No, it's not the most comfortable thing to use but it's worth it in the end. I have figured out how to position myself so I can tilt my head back, with a towel tucked into my neck and feel relaxed. I do recommend getting this one...because of the little extra room you get and for the more comfortable chair that comes with it. It DOES get hot! I don't know if it actually gets to 150 degrees but it's darned close! I preheat it for at least 5 minutes before getting in. For me....because I don't sweat that easily.....I have to stay in for at least an hour to get things going. The whole second half hour is spent just sweating like crazy. The first time I used it I was shocked that the 2 towels I had with me, one to sit on and the other to wipe off with felt like I had used them both after going swimming! I keep my socks on and they were as wet as they are when you take them out of the washer after being spun out. Because I want my head and face to sweat as much as possible, I will cover my head with a towel.....just to trap in as much heat as I can. The sweat just pours out of you! So, if you are really in need of this kind of treatment and aren't sure if it will work.....this sauna is definitely worth trying. If it doesn't work then you haven't wasted a lot of money. Like I said before, it will pay for itself in about 12 to 15 uses. Another reason I like having it is that I can go directly to the shower at home.....which is definitely a necessity! Also, after using it you sometimes feel a bit woozy.....which is to be expected. The last thing I would want to do is have to drive home feeling that way! All around, I am so glad that I got this sauna and it seems to be working as described.

I have bought three of these over the past 10 years for family and friends. All of them have lasted over five years and they are still working and heating up. I cannot recommend this enough as I use mine daily.
