The Heat Storm wave floor to wall unit is a great solution for any bedroom or small room where there is not much floor space. This unit has two power modes, one uses the full 1, 000-watt (red leaf), while the second mode (green leaf) uses only 500-watt. Each unit contains our patented heat Exchanger with HMS technology that allows maximum heat from the infrared quartz bulbs without any heat loss from the unit.

Second best heater we've ever bought! This is our second Heat Storm infrared heater. We bought the larger one last winter (2024-25), to use in our ever chilly bathroom. Those floors are always cold. We'd tried many ceramic tower heaters. Although we love the safety features of those, they did nothing to warm up the bathroom floor, nor my husband's feet when he's seated at his computer desk. So, this Fall we decided to try this one, a bit smaller, in the bathroom so we could bring the larger one back out to warm Hub's feet. Excellent choice! They both work perfectly for what we need. These Heat Storm heaters are designed to blow hot air across the floors and they do it quite well! Our bodies are usually about 6' away from the heater and we can feel lots of warmth for our feet & legs. The remotes are tiny but they work well and you can set your preferred temp & forget it. They're easy to forget too, partly because they're so very quiet! As far as efficiency, they don't raise our electric bill any more than any other heater. In fact I believe they're a bit less expensive to use. If we ever need another electric heater, it'll be another Heat Storm of this design! ... show more

Mounted straight to my RV wall. Nice and secure/safe. Heats up quickly and quietly. No smells. Remote is simple to use and control. I like how this was wall mountable and had feet, also.     • Good Space Heater At A Good Price Point

This is by far one of the best space heaters for the price point. It does a good job heating and maintaining the temperature in a normal size bedroom (10 x 15 or smaller), with a normal ceiling height. I would not recommend this specific unit for larger rooms or rooms/spaces with higher then normal ceilings. Mounts on the wall nicely. I bought 3 total. I originally bought one to try it out. It seemed to work well, you can calibrate the thermostat, and it has a timer. Calibration was important because it did not match any other thermometer that I had which all are in 1 degree of each other. It shuts off if it tips over. The downside was that the thermostat is slow to respond; slower than others that I've experienced. The fan seemed to turn on on occasion to cycle air over the thermostat. It worked decently well for heating. So it seemed.... So, I added 2 more. One of the new one rattles and the thermostat reading seems to be all over the place compared to a trusty thermometer that I trust. Another, I placed in my daughter's room and it periodically would stay on if it didn't reach the desired temperature in some time. Upon checking, the touch screen was frozen and unresponsive. This demonstrated itself as repeatable. The last point makes this product 100% not safe and unusable. Not to mention that in the short time that I've had these, they raised the price by $30. ... show more

I needed something for our small window porch area and I’ve used a lot of heaters over the years. I also didn’t want a unit that used more than 600 watts. This unit so far seems to work great. It’s also very small so it fits perfectly where I need it. I’m not a big fan of the electronic control , I would prefer standard knob’s but the touch control seems to work fine and it comes with a remote which is convenient. I must say I’m very impressed with the performance of this heater. It takes the chill out of the room just fine. Not much more to say but for the price it’s worth it. UPDATE: I purchased a second one of these so that I’d have supplemental heat is each bedroom. I live in the SE USA so I don’t need heating for most of the year. This newer unit has a bit more customization and I like the display upgrade. I’m going to add back that star I deducted from my original review. These little heaters do a great job. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Let me first start out by saying that I deducted one star from my review because it’s very obvious that I got a repackaged item and payed new item price for it. The product absent its used status rates 4 stars from me. I already have the larger 750w/1500w version of the Heat Storm. I’m very happy with it so I decided to add this smaller version to use in a bedroom. I like that this lower power unit darkens its display after a while. This means you don’t have any light shining from the heater while you’re trying to sleep. There is a drawback with this because the thermostat isn’t displayed nor is the power draw indicator. You have to go push the power button or one of the temperature control buttons to turn the display back on. I tossed the remote immediately and find no value in it. Someone else might like to have the remote. I just don’t care for it. As far as heating goes, it works just fine. Don’t expect this thing to heat a large room. Don’t expect it to maintain a huge temperature difference either. I haven’t tested yet, but in a small room I’d say this heater can maintain 5-10 degrees difference between the room and the rest of the house. Of course insulation, air flow between rooms, etc would all play a role in how well this heater will do. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. The heater is functional and has a low enough energy draw that my solar systems can power it without any trouble.
