I purchased these for a very stubborn elderly Aunt who is visiting and I started to lose my voice from yelling so she could hear me. She wore them for a full day and she was able to hear me at a low volume. She now refuses to wear them. The buttons are small but easy. The volume is also easy to adjust. Have not messed with the modes yet. She has purchased high end ones in the past and cannot put them in or adjust them herself so these are great for her if she ever wears them again. ... show more

As I said, I do LOVE the super improvement in my hearing. Unfortunately, every time I walk by something electronic (TV, computer, refrigerator, etc) they make a horrible screeching noise. I can only stop this by pushing them very deep into my ear canal. Unfortunately again, that makes my ears hurt and they quickly work their way right back out again. I think if they just had a bit more length going into the canal, they would be perfect for me. I am not judging; they may fit other ear canals better and, therefore, be amazing. I went back to using hearing aids I purchased many, many years ago. They are still perfect. They were extremely expensive and they are "over the ear" and I wear glasses. Sometimes my glasses displace them so be aware of that if you consider buying over the ear" hearing aids. ... show more

These are a rechargeable version of previous ones I had of the same design that were battery operated. I tried several in-the-canal models but couldn't find ones that would stay in my ear when eating. So, decided to go back to this design. The older ones failed after about three years of daily (10-12 hrs) use so cannot complain given the price of them. Pros: Stay in my ears when eating. Volume is easily set even when wearing them. I set them between 0-1 when watching TV and 1-2 when driving or noisy environments. Noice cancellation works as advertised, I've had no issues wearing them in a noisy environment. Like the off/on switch, much better than having to open the battery case to turn off/on. Tonal quality is very good, speech is clear even when answering my phone. Cons: Can easily be seen in the ear due to their size. No big deal for me. Volume adjustment is cumbersome, constantly have to adjust in different environments. Have to take off to adjust volume. So, I would recommend these for anyone needing assistance hearing in quiet or noisy environments. ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE….they last 4 months…then both quit working. They have a 1 year warranty. Good luck using that…Amazon told me to contact the seller..then seller is by text only who said go thru Amazon since their products are housed at Amazon warehouse and Amazon would replace them. Amazon said I needed to contact the manufacturer but they cannot give out the manufacturer number or information…So it’s a big circle of nonsense and nobody willing to help. Basic function is there - they charge readily, amplify conversations and TV and are not noticeably uncomfortable to wear. However, the sound *quality* is not good as they amplify just about everything else including the scrape of your shoes walking across the floor or your nearby partner turning a page in her magazine. And the documentation is adequate. It explains how to control volume, and how to change between the four operational modes. This may be unusual or may simply be that the devices are quite simple. Compare with the Miracle Ear I've tried with much greater functionality/flexibility but which basically tells to have the audiologist any changes. But the real problem is the very sharp, very LOUD 'tone' they emit when you turn them on or change "programs". It's painful and I can find no way to reduce it. Given the very modest price, I really can't complain but neither will I recommend them. ... show more

I bought this after my wife lost her hearing in her left ear due to covid 19. She was depressed and upset. It took a couple days to adjust to it, but now she has her confidence back and we don't have to turn the TV all the way up anymore!! This hearing aid is amazing!! It was easy to adjust. The ear piece fits really well and it is comfortable for all day use. Battery has lasted 3 full days. If I needed to change one thing I would say it is hard to plug in to charge the battery. The part that plugs in to the bottom of the device it small and hard to push in. But it works. I am not normally one to write reviews but I had to write this one. Thank you for making this hearing aid! If you have hearing loss and are looking for an amazing easy to use product, buy this! don't hesitate! ... show more

I’m glad I decided to buy these hearing aids. They work absolutely wonderfully. It blocks out the unnecessary background noise quite well. They fit very comfortably in my ears. They come with a bunch of spare earbuds as well. I highly recommend these, especially for such a great price.
