The sound quality is good and they work great for my hearing loss. They work great if you only want to hear for a short amount of time. Battery life is short so I really don't get a full day use out of them. One of the devices the earbud tips keep coming off in my ear. Overall not a bad device if you use for certain situations.

These are a rechargeable version of previous ones I had of the same design that were battery operated. I tried several in-the-canal models but couldn't find ones that would stay in my ear when eating. So, decided to go back to this design. The older ones failed after about three years of daily (10-12 hrs) use so cannot complain given the price of them. Pros: Stay in my ears when eating. Volume is easily set even when wearing them. I set them between 0-1 when watching TV and 1-2 when driving or noisy environments. Noice cancellation works as advertised, I've had no issues wearing them in a noisy environment. Like the off/on switch, much better than having to open the battery case to turn off/on. Tonal quality is very good, speech is clear even when answering my phone. Cons: Can easily be seen in the ear due to their size. No big deal for me. Volume adjustment is cumbersome, constantly have to adjust in different environments. Have to take off to adjust volume. So, I would recommend these for anyone needing assistance hearing in quiet or noisy environments.

Don't Buy These! I had to make a trip to the ER. I absolutely would not recommend purchasing these hearing aids. They are terrible quality. They are constantly making a screaching noise around any other electronics. They do not hold their charge and the rubber tip came off in my ear and I had to go to the Hospital Emergency Room to get the plastic tip of this hearing aid extracted from my ear. It was a super painful experience and my ear bled for two days. Please do not spend your money on this product because these are a bad investment.

I bought this after my wife lost her hearing in her left ear due to covid 19. She was depressed and upset. It took a couple days to adjust to it, but now she has her confidence back and we don't have to turn the TV all the way up anymore!! This hearing aid is amazing!! It was easy to adjust. The ear piece fits really well and it is comfortable for all day use. Battery has lasted 3 full days. If I needed to change one thing I would say it is hard to plug in to charge the battery. The part that plugs in to the bottom of the device it small and hard to push in. But it works. I am not normally one to write reviews but I had to write this one. Thank you for making this hearing aid! If you have hearing loss and are looking for an amazing easy to use product, buy this! don't hesitate!

Basic function is there - they charge readily, amplify conversations and TV and are not noticeably uncomfortable to wear. However, the sound *quality* is not good as they amplify just about everything else including the scrape of your shoes walking across the floor or your nearby partner turning a page in her magazine. And the documentation is adequate. It explains how to control volume, and how to change between the four operational modes. This may be unusual or may simply be that the devices are quite simple. Compare with the Miracle Ear I've tried with much greater functionality/flexibility but which basically tells to have the audiologist any changes. But the real problem is the very sharp, very LOUD 'tone' they emit when you turn them on or change "programs". It's painful and I can find no way to reduce it. Given the very modest price, I really can't complain but neither will I recommend them.

I purchased these for a very stubborn elderly Aunt who is visiting and I started to lose my voice from yelling so she could hear me. She wore them for a full day and she was able to hear me at a low volume. She now refuses to wear them. The buttons are small but easy. The volume is also easy to adjust. Have not messed with the modes yet. She has purchased high end ones in the past and cannot put them in or adjust them herself so these are great for her if she ever wears them again.
