I don't know how I lived without this light! It is super bright. It has multiple brightness settings. It's light weight. I love being able to recharge it instead of having to go find batteries. It's super easy to use. It functions as it should. I've been using it all winter to gather chicken eggs in the evening. Then I discovered how nice it is to use when I'm repairing the chicken water line. It also adds a little extra light when I'm trimming dog nails. Another reviewer said she uses it when she trims her toenails...yep, it's nice for that too. I'm not too fond of the wave your hand function. It theory, it seems like it would be a good option, but all you have to do is move and it shuts off. I don't use it. I don't think it's necessary. I bought a 2 pack. One is used all the time.     • WAY Better Than I Even Expected
After hurricane Helene we've been gearing up a bit around my house. Ordered these headlamps because they seemed pretty good and the price was right. Just received them and am SUPER impressed. These are WAY better than I thought they would be. First off, they came charged, there are many light intensity settings, and the brightest settings are SUPER bright. They even have the red lights for doing things like reading maps in the dark without ruining your night vision. Love the setting options. On top of all that, the motion sensing ability works great and will be a big help when working on engines or with dirty or grease on my hands, etc. The motion sensors work great and make these headlamps even better. The only knock I would give these is that there are basically no instructions for how to use them. However, they are pretty intuitive and a little playing around with it is enough. Lastly, with all the light settings it would be annoying to click through them all to shut the light off, but a long press of the button will do that. Great design. Great headlamps. Great prices. I use the headlamp every day for a short 10 minute dog walk in the morning darkness. The brightest setting is perfect for my walks. After the first charge, I used the headlamp for two weeks and the battery was down from four lights to two on the charge indicator. The recharge was very quick. I only use the brightest setting so the other settings are just extras for me. As for value, at less than 10 bucks apiece, you can't beat the price. ... show more

    • Very bright. Ok battery life (but 2 lights allow you to charge one while using the other).
Overall a good headlamp. I looked for a lamp with high lumens based on the type of work I do, but I wound up trading some battery life for it. It's not a "short" battery life, just not as long as some other headlamps I've used. But those longer batteries were on headlamps that weren't as bright. So pick your priority. If you want both bright and long battery, you'll probably wind up with a heavier headlamp, and that's no fun either. That said, it does have settings if I want to use a dimmer setting to extend the battery a bit. Also, the fact that there are 2 headlamps in this pack is a GREAT feature, because I might be wearing a headlamp for up to 7 hours at a time on some days. I carry a back pocket USB battery-charging pack so I can have one headlamp charging while I'm using the other. It also has a red light feature which I occasionally use when camping so I don't destroy my night vision. But, the main use I have for these are at work, where I need a bright, wide angle beam. Band is comfortable and stays put. Not sure how well the band would work for running/bouncing, but it's good for walking, cycling and XC skiing, where you don't bounce as much. I am so happy with this! I live in a camper on a farm. Where my camper is placed I have to walk half a mile to get from my vehicle to the camper. It's not easy trying to carry my purse, bags or groceries PLUS a flashlight. This headlamp has made life so much easier! You are able to adjust the angle of the beam for perfect spotlight walking. It's secure and doesn't move around. The fact that it comes with 2 is extra beneficial. I can keep 1 in my car and 1 in the camper, so I'll always have one when I need it. There's a setting that allows it to be motion activated if you're doing multiple tasks and don't want continuous light. It also came in handy when having to empty my tanks after dark. Any camper knows that's a nightmare without daylight! I was able to utilize it for extra lighting when looking for things in the deep cabinets. Also, it helps with extra lighting when I'm cutting my toenails. I also used it on the lighter beam setting as a spotlight while reading. The light is detachable with a stand. It made reading so much easier. The battery life is phenomenal and I love that it is rechargeable! I am very happy I chose this product! I highly recommend!     • Very Bright and light weight .
I use my headlamps on my hardhat for work. The Pros are how extremely lightweight the light is, bright enough to light the area up brightly in pitch dark, and the clips it comes with so that it stays on your hat securely. It has different light settings as well. The only downside is how i wish they lasted longer before recharging. What makes up for it is that you get 2 lights so you can always switch them off while the other charges so you dont go without, thats why i gave it five stars. Id rather recharge than constantly buy batteries so im very happy with the buy . ... show more
