    • Not the same as the one I had before.
I had a chair like this one before and I loved it, but it needed to be replaced. The new one is nothing like the old; it isn't comfortable, I'm short so sometimes the seat won't adjust down so my feet dangle in the air and it's hard to pull out the foot rest. The back also has a tendency not to stay upright but move to the right. I wouldn't recommend this one. ... show more

It's not as comfortable or as padded as it looks. It's kind of like looking at a perfect McDonalds cheeseburger on the menu, only to find out the actual product you get is a flattened out meat circle sandwich.

    • Not very confortable to seat for long
Very fancy chair. Not hard to assemble at all. However, it is not very comfortable to sit for more than 1 hour straight. Had to spend 45 dollars more to buy a memory foam cushion. But no more other complaints after using it for a month.

Easy to assemble, seat not soft, foot rest not for heavy weight people, was disappointed in chair for the amount of money.

    • Looks expensive
I finally got my chair after waiting over 3 weeks. The box and chair is not light for older people. Got the chair put together in about 30 mins. Will not be easy for someone who has no tools background. Its a nice looking chair.

    • Don't let the pictures fool you!!!!!
The images are great and the chair looks exactly like the images. How they packed the chair into the box was excellent! Putting the chair together, was simple (for me, it took 9 minutes - hint: use a 5mm bit and a cordless drill! While it does not lower as much as I wish it would, I'm okay with that. WHAT I AM NOT OKAY WITH IS THE CUSHION! It's like sitting on cinder blocks with a beach towel laying on top! If the recliner wasn't so cool, I would have returned it! The only saving grace is that this chair will make me get up more frequently to circulate blood through my butt...yeah, it's that hard! Wow! ... show more

    • Executive chair - comfort, comfort comfort
Was a lot easier to assemble than expected. Really classy looking and well built. My puppy loves to put his nails (claws) on it and I was worried he would scratch it (arm rest) but no marks, no scratches. It’s very durable and really clean looking. Reclines smooth and bounced back easy. Great chair.
