  • Really like it...

UPDATE 3/14/25 Still very happy with this treadmill, not a single problem and still going strong. All the tension levers and adjustments still operate as new. Everything tight and no wobble. Solid purchase!!! ***** Update 11/24/24 Still going strong with no issues. Lubricated the belt as per instructions and good for a while. Still recommend this treadmill 100% This has to be the most underrated folding treadmill out there. My hunt for a folding treadmill started about a month ago when I was approaching my 65th birthday. Needing to keep active but not having the room for full size treadmill and needed to find something to fold up and slide under the bed when needed. The number of brands and models were confusing to sort through and the ratings were all over the scale. I tried 2 different models from another brand with more features, app and tracking, but they felt cheap and not comfortable to use so back they went. Knowing that If I settled with the shortcoming's they either wouldn't last or I would quit using it because I wasn't really satisfied with it from the start. Being frustrated with the whole process I was second guessing the plan of a portable treadmill and considered other indoor exercise options. But not having room for exercise equipment I was frustrated. By chance while watching hundreds of review videos on these weird named treadmills I came across one mentioning the Hccsport and It seemed like it had good reviews with the negative reviews being mostly shipping related or setup errors. Digging deeper this one seemed like a winner, but why wasn't it talked about more, not popular like the other brands everybody is promoting? So I ordered it and when I received and set it up I was impressed. Everything I disliked about the other two I tried were solved. It was sturdy, I didn't feel like I was walking on a mushy unstable surface, The flip up handle height is adjustable, the add on tray table is helpful for a laptop and stable enough to actually use. It's quiet and with a 3hp motor I don't think I will have problems with it burning up due to being underpowered like the other 2.5hp models I had. My dislikes? 1) Well I wish it had an app to track data, but I use my apple fitness for that. 2) It's heavier than the others, but it's stable so I can accept that. 3) The startup tone is loud and annoying for a second but not a big deal. Tape over the speaker fixes that. 4) It doesn't have a pause feature, just start/stop. But not a big deal as it doesn't retain the workout data after you finish anyway. I use the apple fitness app to pause if needed. 5) All these type of treadmills seem to have to motor cooling vents on the bottom of the motor cage. If you place them on carpet the vents will be blocked causing the motor to overheat. So a mat is needed to prevent this. Or with the adjustable incline just raise it up and get it off the carpet. What I like? 1) It's a tank but a small tank. Well made and I feel like it won't fall apart in 18 months. 2) Quiet and stable walking platform. I feel balanced and comfortable using it. 3) The adjustments and locking levers for the folding bar are metal and sturdy so they will last. 4) 3hp motor is more than enough to not strain with my 220lb load. After an hour it's barely warm. 5) I can set the bar/tray height to exactly the right height making it comfortable to use an iPad. 6) The popup wheels are great if you store it upright and makes it stable so it won't fall over. 7) The overall build quality is well thought out and attention to detail is there. If it had a app to keep track of your workout this thing would be perfect! I guess time will tell but I feel like this treadmill is the best buy for the money. The other ones are more promoted and have thousands of reviews all over the place from "I love it" to "this thing is garbage" and this one has less than a thousand but the reviews are solid and seem honest and not influenced by promotions. I could have saved a hundred bucks staying with one of the other two purchased but It would have been a compromise for comfort and I would stop using it making it a clothes rack or it would have broken within a year. We will see how it goes but I feel confident with this HCC and time will tell. If something changes I will be sure to update my review. ... show more

  • Great Value for money! Runs well! Wonderful snap-in desktop that is very useable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Color: Remote Control&Removable Tray
I LOVE this treadmill!!!! Worth 10 stars! Runs smoothly. No stuttering at low speed. Sturdy. Turns on smoothly. Very quiet. Compact - fits in the corner of my living room. Treadmill deck is long enough for running. I'm 5'6", female, and there's more than enough room without worrying about my foot going off the end. Also, the width is plenty adequate - no need to worry about stepping off the side. But, the BEST thing about it is the design! It has a desk/table that snaps in place and is a HUGELY wonderful addition! I have a laptop extension thingy resting on it, and my laptop resting on that - and I'm able to watch movies, read my kindle on my laptop screen, browse the internet and do everything I want as I walk - because the desk surface doesn't vibrate or shake. Also, it's simple. No big extra plastic dashboard controls- just a simple bar going across where you can adjust speed, etc. and view speed, distance and calories. My last 2 treadmills were both Sunny. Both died. Neither were as good as this - not nearly as good! I spent a lot of time searching for a good treadmill and this is the best I found for the price range - or a higher price! Great value - incredible price for what you get. Also includes a watch remote which I haven't tried and a regular remote which works great. I love it and am thrilled to have it! Much better than it needs to be. HIGHLY recommend ... Also, needs just about 0 assembly - ready to use in 10 minutes! ... show more

  • Medium duty walking pad
Color: Remote Control&Removable Tray
This is my second walking pad, and I've had numerous treadmills in the past. I currently use this mostly for walking but occassionaly for running, since this model includes higher speeds than most walking pads that cap out at 4mph. I did a lot of research before purchasing this because my last walking pad had major flaws (despite being expensive) and quit working in less than a year. I've had this one for about 6 months and I use it regularly (morning walks/runs and occassionally walking during meetings at work). When I run, I typically run at 6mph, with maybe a few minutes at a higher speed at the end. So, here's the pros and cons of this model: Pros: The walking pad size (slightly larger than most) means that I'm less likely to step off, though I do occassionally graze the front inadvertently The handle bar, with controls- this makes me feel more comfortable and also allows me to easily adjust the settings or stop/start The handle bar is simple to lay down or put up The detachable desk is convenient and I do use it occassionally This came with a "watch" and a remote in addition to the controls on the handle, so lots of options for adjusting settings The motor specs are pretty good for a walking pad, which I hope equates to longer use It can go faster than most walking pads, so you can also run on it Cons It beeps loudly when it's turned on. Not sure why, or whether there's a way to turn it down/off. I usually walk very early in the morning and I'm always afraid it's going to wake someone when it turns on. It's quiet when it's running. Oiling it is easy on the right side but difficult on the left side. The belt seems to be on a little unevenly, and maybe there's a way to adjust it but I haven't figured it out. It has an incline option, which was important to me, but I've never used it because it's manual and too much of a pain to adjust Overall I'm really happy with it and I'm glad I chose this model. Fingers crossed that it lasts longer than my previous walking pad! ... show more

  • Wonderful product and seller
Color: Remote Control&Removable Tray
I wanted to specifically highlight my experience with this treadmill and the seller. When I bought this treadmill, I unpacked it but I had to move soon after. In the chaos, the accessory box with the user manual, safety key, handheld remote and desk attachment went missing. I went to the sellers website to see if I could purchase them individually, but I couldn’t find any order info so I sent an email inquiry. Usually, emails to Amazon sellers can sometimes take days for a reply, but I got a response within a few hours. To make a long story short, they didn’t have the items for sale, but they generously offered to replace these items at no cost, even though it was through no fault of their own. This is the kind of customer service response that will guarantee customer goodwill and repeat business. Now, about the treadmill - I purchased it specifically because I wanted a machine I could use with my standing desk. There were several models of treadmills at about the $200 price point, but even though this model was a little more expensive, I liked the enhancements it brought to the table - the folding handrail, vertical storage, easy mobility, and robust construction. As mentioned above, I was starting it up without the benefit of the owners manual; so I just went for it. Just plugging it into the wall didn’t result in any lights or sounds, so I looked and found a power switch next to the cord entry. Turning it on caused an incessant beeping, which upon investigation turned out to be the lack of the safety key. Since I didn’t have that either, I did a bit more investigation and found out a magnet was involved. I found a neodymium disc magnet about 3/4” in diameter, placed it in the center of the key area, and the beeping stopped. (Now you know what to do if you ever break or lose the key). It still took a little figuring it out how to get it started. Turns out, you need to select a program and time first. Once I did that, I was able to try out the various adjustments. It’s not a $1000 treadmill like you see at the gym, but it is perfectly suited to home use with its portability and easy storage. The only thing I wish this (and other exercise equipment) had was a dedicated phone/tablet charging solution that also includes headphone access. Now that the 3.5mm audio jack has disappeared from most devices, you are faced with either using wired headphones or charging but only one at a time. It would be nice if equipment included a 3.5mm headphone jack connected to a power sharing device so you can enjoy audio and charging at the same time. I am incredibly pleased with this purchase, both the product and the seller. Their exemplary customer service has earned them my repeat business. ... show more

  • Very pleased!
Color: Remote Control&Removable Tray
First some stats; this review is for older folks. I'm 64, 6'1, 254 lbs, size 12 feet. I walked a little last year but no substantial exercise in years. In reasonably good health. I use it for walking, not running. I hate gyms. This review is after my first use. I have a home office & my work in criminal defense is stressful sometimes. At this age you realize you need to take care of yourself. I'm not nearly done with life and would like to live & be ambulatory for a few more decades. I wanted a treadmill that would accommodate my size & weight & incline. I read all the reviews of this treadmill and several others. This seemed ideal for my small office. For a treadmill it may be light but this thing is pretty heavy to get up stairs. I took it out of the box and lugged it up one step at a time. Be smart and get someone to help. There is nothing junky or cheap feeling about this machine. Not at all. In fact it is remarkably solid & didn't strain under my weight at all. Plenty of power. So far I haven't used the mode or program buttons. I turn it on and set the speed, went up to 2.5 mph for my first walk (not inclined yet). Walked half an hour, 1.1 miles, burned about 80 calories. Now, I learned with my Apple Watch a while ago to not be discouraged by calorie counts that are lower than you expected. Your count will go up as you get used to walking and walk for longer times. The display alternate between time, distance, speed & calories. It's a good, useful display. I don't use the desk part. At my height I need that room. The pros so far is that I got what I wanted, a good, high quality simple machine to get walking exercise. Everyone, especially older people should use the safety clip. You clip it to your clothes and it attaches to the control panel via magnet, so if you fall the magnet detaches and the treadmill stops. No cons yet, but some considerations. I can take long strides walking on it, but if you are tall and want to run on a treadmill you should consider a bigger machine. Next, the track is not so narrow as to be a problem but be careful, use the handlebars a little at first to practice for a habit of a straight gait. When I let myself drift back on the walking pad, my big feet/heels would catch little cowlings or covers at the end and side of the pad, making a "snap" sound. That's why I practiced a narrow gait. Easy fix. Next, have your water, phone & anything you might want like a tv remote right there. I have shelves and next time will have it all right there. Don't look over your shoulder to grab something. It's destabilizing. I have a tv in my office and watched a show while I watched (although mostly I watched my feet and the control panel). By happy accident I have a fan 3 feet away. Get one. You'll get hot. But man my first walk felt good! I worked up a sweat & felt like I got some exercise! Since I'm older and writing this for older people who want to walk and work up a sweat, this is what you're looking for. I feel no hesitation recommending it. I'll update this if anything major changes. ... show more

  • Great treadmill and Great Customer Service
Color: Remote Control&Removable Tray
I ordered this treadmill after exhaustive comparisons and I'm glad I selected this one. The features are top notch and solid - Pprovides both a full feature treadmill with an adjustable height handle and a desk shelf that attaches soundly and safely to the handle is included (not included in most other treadmills!). This allows you to customize to fit you exactly. Provides a number of workout options and adjustable speads that can be managed on the handle cross bar. The handle easily and safely can be folded down for an underdesk walking pad, again with the same workouts and adjustments available on the pad. Assembly was as easy as taking it out of the box and plugging in! Took more time to open box and unpack (10 minutes) than to set up ready-to-use! The unit weight provides a solid base and the unit is easy to manuver and store as well. One note highlight the focus on customer support - after initial assemble and set up,the treadmill control panel did not work. I contacted customer support via email and was contacted within hours with suggestions for resolution. They were very clear in response and provided video instructions for the steps to take. The same representative stayed with my problem until I was happy with the resolution. This required a couple of responses but now everything fully functions and works amazing! This, in my opinion, is the single greatest reason for purchasing this treadmill. The value provided by the equipment is much greater than the cost and I look forward to many years of service! ... show more

  • Great Walking Pad/Treadmill So far, but not sure how long it will last
Color: Remote Control&Removable Tray
I have been using this treadmill for about a year, and I have loved it so far. It is compact and easy to move. I have used it with the armrests up and with them down. It is quiet enough for me to use during a meeting. It is very easy to use and a great value for the price. I really wanted to give this a 5-star rating, but I can't. The big issue I'm having with it now is that after about a year of heavy use, it has started making a lot of noise, and I'm not sure how much longer it will last. It does not seem as durable as some of those other, big-name treadmills. I am still using it even with the noise, and it might last me a long time... I just don't know. If it weren't for that, I would give this a 5-star rating because it has been a great machine, and it's helping me stay in shape. ... show more
