The steps are Super wide which keeps your feet from straining if you have to be on a ladder for a job. There it’s also lots of texture on the surface to prevent you from sliding or slipping.     • Extremely difficult to install screws when putting together.
Love the three steps and the sturdiness of the ladder. Could never get the screws and backs in as the holes were not clogged/ not lining up accurately. So we were never able to install the shelf on the step stool. We had to use a mallet to push the handle bar into place. My husband finally used his own nuts and screws to force it into place. Would never purchase again! ... show more

    • Sturdy, well made ladder
I needed to replace a 20+ year old ladder that was very similar. I wanted a sturdy ladder with a tool/paint tray and the high handle bar (important safety feature to prevent falls). I was amazed at how difficult it was to find a ladder with these two important features. The fact that it will support up to 500 lbs. is a bonus. The old one only supported 250 lbs. and gave out when my handyman used it. Thankfully he wasn't hurt. I won't need to worry about this one giving out on anyone! ... show more

We love this stable ladder. Can reach things higher up. Being older it’s nice for balance to have the nice handle to grasp. This is NO flimsy ladder! Definitely recommend! Nice big steps too. 500lb weight limit too. Not that we are anywhere close to that, but nice rating. Means it has to be sturdy.

Part of the ladder, the tool chest was not perfect. It made it difficult to put together. Once finished it was exactly what we wanted.
