I am so glad I ordered this stepstool! It holds up to 500 lbs. even though I didn't need that weight limit, but figured it had to be sturdy to hold that amount of weight! I love that it is very sturdy and does not move at all while standing on it. It folds easily and fits right inside my coat closet near my kitchen so it is handy to the whole house. I love that it is easy to open and I know it will not shift on me whatsoever. I have been wanting to wash down the fronts of my kitchen cabinets but my other step stool was kind of flimsy. I could not wait for this one to arrive. The very next day I washed down my kitchen cabinets and was thrilled I did not have to worry about it moving whatsoever the whole time unless I picked it up to move it over to the next row of cabinets. I did not need anyone to help hold it while I was on it. This is the only two step, step stool I will ever need. I highly recommend it to others who are wary of their current step stool even though they don't need one that holds 500 lbs. you will love that it is light weight but extremely sturdy and easy to open and fold and takes up very little space in your closet! Don't buy any other stool if you need a 2 step stool!!! This is the one and only you will ever need!!! It is well worth every penny! You get what yoy pay for and found this was not much more than the flimsy ones!!!

Update: The company saw my review and reached out. They made it right and I'm happy now. So, I added a star. Original Review: This is a decent quality step ladder. Seems sturdy enough for me (210lbs). The thing that ticked me off was that the assembly hardware was wrong. The instructions say I should have 2 each of 15mm 25mm and 35mm binding screw posts. I have 4 25mm and 2 20mm. This is a problem. I purchased the variant with the tool shelf. The 25mm binding posts are to attach the padded handle. That's great and they work for that. However, the 35mm and 15mm binding posts are needed to properly attach the tool shelf. The 25mm are too short for the plastic portion to connect to the rest of the ladder. And they're too long for the metal legs that hang off the platform that connect to the top step. They work for the platform legs but look funny because they stick out way too far. I had to use long m5 bolts from my own stock to attach the platform to the ladder. I tried to contact the company via chat on their website but got no response. I tried calling the support number several times, but it was always busy. If you buy the variant with the tool platform, I'd suggest you be prepared to have to improvise. I'll be ordering some 35mm binding posts to attach it properly as the bolts i have now will eventually back out.

I was searching for a lower step stool when I saw this as an option for the one I was considering. The siderail handholds really caught my eye--I have good balance but am "getting on in years" and live alone. It was very easy to put together (add the top tray and the handrails-- just screws and a couple of hex wrenches that were all provided). I have already used it several times--it's very stable. It's a bit heavy/awkward to move but definitely worth it for the stability. I highly recommend this item.

Have not used this much except to try it out. It is very sturdy, easy to fold and unfold, and easy to carry. The tread on the steps has a bumpy finish, no doubt to be nonslip. Nonslip is good idea! However, it is not as comfortable as a more level tread if you use it barefoot. (I don’t like to climb a ladder in sandals.)

Had to send the first one back as it didn’t sit level on the floor, one leg was 2-3 inches off the floor while the other leg sat flat. My second one is better and I am happy with my purchase. I mainly bought this one as it has a 500 pound rating. I am 300 pounds and 62 years so the last thing I need is for a stepladder to fail when I’m on it and I end up injured. I have used the stepladder quite a bit and it feels very safe and solid.

I was looking for a small to medium ladder to keep inside the house that wouldn’t take up much storage space and still be sturdy and easy to handle. Looked at lots of ladders and reviews and settled on this one and am really glad I did. It has three steps, but I don’t get up on the third step unless necessary and near a wall. The ladder is very stable, no wobbling, but I don’t feel comfortable without something to reach out for up there. I have 9’ ceilings in my apartment and you could reach the ceilings, depending on your height. I am 5’6” and would have to stand on the third step with my arm reaching up. That should give you an idea for your own personal use. It folds very easily and takes a minimal amount of space to store. It is also very light to carry around from place to place. I’m not actually sure how much it weighs, but it seems like about 12-15 lbs. I can easily lift it over my head to get it over furniture, etc and I’m a scrawny old lady. Lol. I would buy this ladder again.

Very happy with this purchase. My sister purchased this ladder because she weighed over 350 pounds and needed a ladder rated to hold extra weight. I used her ladder and wanted one for myself! I replaced a regular 2 level kitchen stepladder with this 3 step one. It is a bit heavy, but I feel so much safer on this stepladder, with the extra width and step surface.
