This chair was easy to assemble, light (easy to move), and even as a 250+ lb woman, I find it comfortable to sit in for hours on end. The mesh back gives lumbar support while also keeping my back cool. The adjustable arms come in handy in tight spaces or when I want to put the chair under my desk. Now for the reason I docked a star: I have long hair and shed a fair amount, plus I have a golden retriever and I don't vacuum as much as I should. This chair is about a year old, and the wheels are pretty much stationary at this point because it's impossible to clean the hair from all the crevices. Typically when I run into this problem, I just replace the wheels, but I have tried both 11mm (too big) and 10mm (too small) stems without success. The only wheels that fit are the original manufacturer wheels. I have decided to just use plumber's tape to make the 10mm wheels stay in place, but this would be a 5-star chair if it could accommodate 11mm stems! ... show more

Well here it is came beautiful i opened it up and started my assembly i would watch a utube video on that direction not in usa...anyways took bout hr half using that awful tool they gave you in middle i switched to drill and bit alot better..hardest part is putting back on lining up screws..i got together and its a low back chair meaning will support lower back not upper know that..just basic chair..wish would go higher but does lift ya above or equal with desk.. the bottom seat is all not that comfy its cloth not leather so little harder sitting..and side elbow stand does not go up or down just level which means no lifting arms a little nuttn..this a childs chair because of its size ... show more

Update - I'm updating the review to 4 stars because the customer service department reached out to me to make things right. When I told them I had fixed the chair so there was nothing else they could do they reimbursed me for more than what it cost to fix the chair. Now that's good customer service in my book. ------ I liked the design of the chair, the price, it was very easy to assemble. BUT, the gas cylinder did not go up high enough, which was shocking. I have never owned or used a gas cylinder office chair with such a low lift range. Then to add insult the cylinder stopped staying up after a little more than 1 month. I like the chair so I replaced the cylinder. I'm had a ghastly time trying to remove the cylinder from the chair. But I did and my guess is that the cylinder was defective. I hope that's not the norm. ... show more

I purchased two chairs in June 2021. We are pleased with the comfort, and durability. The product is easy to assemble. This year one of the chairs developed a "popping" sound when I would sit in it. I contacted Hbada customer support and reported the problem. They provided a replacement part within days and gave me instructions for removing the lift cylinder. These chairs are a value. I bought 5 of them. The one I sit on every day was 2 years old and needed wheels replaced. I ordered new 3-inch heavy duty rubber "gaming wheels" for $20. The old wheels came out without much trouble and the replacement wheels were easy to push into the old wheel-holes. I will likely do this my remaining 4 chairs. As a 5'8", 165 lb guy this chair is just the right sized. It's comfy but doesn't swallow you up like some big chairs do. I really appreciate the arm rests folding up as well to ensure I can always scoot close to the desk regardless of the desk height.

I'm a 6'2" - 240 lb weight lifting male who spends countless hours in front of a pc at home, where I play games, read/watch videos on the internet, and compose/record music. I needed a chair that would be comfortable for not only sitting long periods of time, but also allow me to play the guitar comfortably when needed. All previous chairs I've had made playing the guitar nearly impossible because the arms would be in the way. None of them would lift or slide backward, so I would have to compromise by sitting so far forward on the edge of the seat that I would risk falling off and dropping my guitar. All that and endless suffering from a lot of neck and back pain due to bad posture along the way. Not so with this chair - the arms raise up and point towards the ceiling with ease and almost get completely out of the way. I don't even have to get up to do this - I can easily reach back and raise them while barely moving the rest of me. The arm rests are shorter than what I am used to and also sit back further on the chair, causing me to sit up straighter and stop slouching so I can rest my arms on them comfortably. The overall size of the chair is quite small, and by that I mean the physical amount of space the chair takes up is very minimal - it has to be the most compact chair I've ever had. Assembly was mostly easy. There were just over 10 screws and everything was clearly marked. The supplied allen wrench is your typical one for any of these kinds of chairs, furniture, etc. Some of the screws had free reign in terms of being able to tighten them quickly, but other ones had plastic or the seat lift arm in the way, which wasn't horrible but it slowed down the assembly process. I would say it took me about 25 mins to finish. I also put these wheels on the chair to help save my vinyl floor and to make it a bit taller for me: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G643EU6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They work almost too well...the chair kept rolling away from me when I was assembling it! If you go this route, either have someone hold the chair while you tighten the allen wrench nuts or else put the wheels on last. Time will tell how well it holds up, but for now I am very pleased with this chair. My back and neck seem quite happy also. UPDATE 9/5/20 - I don't know what is causing this, but when setting the chair to rocking or tilting, there is a loud POP that sounds from the bottom of the chair. I have flipped it over, checked all screws, etc. but I cannot determine where it is coming from. While it doesn't affect the use of the chair at all, it's really annoying. It's loud enough that when I am on the phone people can hear it through the phone ... show more
