  • The Headrest Can Be Rock Solid
I am a 6ft 300lb man. This chair is super comfortable. One thing to note is that if you have a waist larger than 58" the arms on this chair may hit one side of your stomach. I find it moderately annoying - but it should go away as I lose weight. If I sit directly in the middle of the chair my stomach does not touch the arms. I had an autonomous ergo chair that fell apart after three years and I decided to try this chair instead. The Hbada E3 Pro is super comfortable with the headrest, lumbar support, and leg rest. The chair adjusts by clicking the track all the way forward and then quickly slamming it back to the back of the track. Then with small adjustments (1,2,3 or 4) click them forward along the track slowly. It is not very intuitive but after some trial and error, the chair becomes easier to adjust and to 'lock' into place. I love how this chair supports my head. If you unscrew the six Phillips head screws that attach the base of the headrest to the chair and then tighten down the two bolts with a hex wrench on either side, then the headrest becomes rock solid. After making this small adjustment it keeps the headrest from falling forward when I move my head away from the headrest. The lumbar support took a little adjusting but I found the sweet spot between where the pad of the seat is vs the depth of the lumbar support. The leg support is weird because I feel like the leg rest can hardly handle my tree trunk legs - but even though it feels a little strained - it is doing the job. Having my feet on the ground is more comfortable than extending my legs straight when sitting. Overall I give this chair a 9/10 - I sit in it all day and I don't want to get out of it. ... show more

  • Do not buy this chair!
The media could not be loaded. Probably like me, you’re here trying to decide if this chair is worth the investment because their marketing is on point. Well, I’m here to tell you—it’s just that, marketing! For the price, you’d expect a high-quality chair, but that’s not what you’re getting. As you can see in the pictures and video, this is a cheaply made chair. Worse, mine arrived missing critical components for installation. The comfort is outstanding, and I’ll give them that—it’s what they focus on in their marketing, but that’s also true for every other chair in the $600+ range. The chair is quite large and looks massive in most spaces, but you probably already gathered that from the pictures. One frustrating issue is that if you push the chair away, the entire base moves in circles instead of straight, which affects its stability. The setup was a nightmare. The instructions don’t match the screws or the labels, and it was painful to assemble. I ended up finding a random guy on YouTube setting it up because the provided instructions and broken link to the video were useless. Now, let’s talk about returning it. This was one of the worst Amazon return experiences I’ve ever had. Not only was the item defective, but it came without the footrest screw, making the footrest unusable. You can't just return it because of the size and weight—you have to schedule a pick-up, which has been a terrible experience. If you’ve read this far and are still looking for a chair, check out Hinmomi. It’s in the same price range but offers much better quality. Getting it out of the box feels like the $600+ experience it should be, and it’s extremely easy to set up while being just as comfortable. And no, I’m not sponsored by any of these products. Again, don’t fall for their slick marketing! ... show more

  • Comfortable but issues with headrest - *Resolved
* Company sent a new headrest, and it is much better. Great communication with the company. Kept in touch with me. Great chair and has solved my back pain after switching to this chair. Highly recommend. Overall, my back pain has been going away after having it about a week. Unfortunately, the headrest is extremely loose and wobbles constantly. No way to tighten it. I have reached out to the company and will update when I get it resolved. The chair arms are also loose. But, I would think this is probably normal. Somewhat annoying, but I can live with it. Wish the back mechanism would click forward one more. Main purpose for purchasing was my back pain from my previous chair. My back is definitely getting better. ... show more

  • Good ...but better if price goes down.
Pros: Installation is easy, nice and useful features, ergonomic as mentioned in the description. Cons: Can't sit on the mesh cushion for more than 3 hrs. For me it pains in tailbone (Not fan of mesh cushion)
