For what it was intended for, an underdesk exercise option for endless virtual meetings it is great. Initial assembly was quick and easy with the items provided. With a short pedal arc, it feels a little awkward. Once the resistance was set, I definitely noticed the muscle engagement. Adjusting the footstraps is a little cumbersome. There is not a quick adjustment. There are 4 screws that have to be removed/reinstalled with each adjustment. Ibhave also used it desktop as a hand bike. Bought this to help rehab severe hip flexor atrophy and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. The resistance can be adjusted but at the highest level feels low. Also for cardio workouts, it’ll be low level. For my purpose, it’s adequate and it’s a good price for low level activity.

My mom loved this! It’s lightweight and was very easy to assemble for her on Christmas! The only thing she had trouble with was the tension which didn’t seem to get harder regardless of which way she turned it.
