This is a great little steam cleaner. I have used it on upholstery and wall to wall carpeting (just for spots). Slow and steady movement of the head results in the best result. The vacuum gets up most of the steam moisture from the surface. Make sure you have a container handy to spray into while the steam comes up to full temperature. I would buy this again. Don't compare this to the X5- not in the same league (I own the X5 as well).

Worked ok, until the plastic piece over the head started breaking in a bunch of pieces. This happened maybe after about 3 uses. Not sure how to get in touch with them to get this replaced as they only have an address on their website and no way to contact through Amazon. Am I supposed to mail them my concerns and hope to hear back from them? I even tried reaching out via Instagram. Save your money and buy something else with an actual reachable customer service team.

I have found this steamer/carpet cleaner to work well for cleaning spills and interior carpets and upholstery in vehicles. It is small and lightweight making it easy to move around, and the cord and hose are both good lengths for the intended uses of the machine. It heats up quickly and the steam function works well. I do find the small input tank and extraction tank to be cons as it requires frequent water refills compared to the Bissel machines I’ve had in the past. Unlike those, emptying the extraction tank is painless and simple, and this unit has had zero issues with leaks. The carpet extraction head works well and is easy to lock in place, and the spray function has a good distribution allowing for better control over the water/cleaning formula spray. I got mine on sale and got the price I paid I’m thrilled. I would not recommend this unit at anything over $100.00 though as there are better options in that higher range.

I've used 3 similar cleaning devices when cat sitting, they worked OK. This one is worth the extra money for the steam. Used on dining room chairs we had given up on, and the steam worked!

I had high hopes for this portable steam carpet and upholstery cleaner, especially given the price point. Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased it 8 months ago and have only used it about 6 times. Out of nowhere, it completely stopped working properly — the water no longer comes out through the hose and instead just leaks all over the floor. I’ve tried contacting the manufacturer for support or a possible claim, but I’ve had no luck getting a response. It’s very frustrating to spend this much money on a product that ends up in the garbage after such minimal use. Save your money. I wish I had gone with a different brand.

This is not as high quality as I thought it would be .definitely gets the water steaming hot but the wand is kind of cheap and if you're too aggressive with it it will break. I would not recommend this for cleaning carpet with thick pile works great on upholstery though.

I love the portability of this carpet cleaner. It’s so much smaller than my upright Bissell, making it the better choice for quick, handheld cleaning. As a pet owner, I like that I can grab the cleaner, fill the tank, and clean up smaller-sized messes in half the time. Plus, it’s less bulky and lighter weight, making it easier to carry around. I weighed it at 9 pounds 15.9 ounces (rounded to 10 pounds). It does get heavier when water is added, but not by much. While there are no wheels on the underside, it’s light enough to carry rather than needing to drag around. Four rubbery feet work well on flat surfaces. It's not just for pets, but great for cleaning vehicles and furniture, too. I cleaned both my wife’s car and my truck. The car has cloth seats and the truck leather. For the leather, there’s a cloth pad that goes over the multi-functional tool. Putting the cleaner on the steam setting, it flows through the pad allowing for easy wiping of the seats. It does take a few minutes or so before the steam gets going, but it’s not too bad. For the cloth seats, I used the multi-functional tool without the pad. Water comes out of four different spouts and the brushes scrub while you pull the tool. I did notice that you must go slow for the water to keep up. So slow in fact that I found it better to hold the tool up, spay a section, and then go over it. That seemed to be less time-consuming. The steam jet nozzle works well for this, too. To save time cleaning my floor mats, I got them wet with a power washer and then went over with the cleaner. I will say that this cleaner holds less water than a regular upright one does, so if you have a larger project, you will go through several tanks. This is why it’s best for smaller cleanup, but it can be used for both so long as you don’t mind dumping and filling more often. I measured the length of the hose at around 6 feet. The power cable measured at about 12 feet, so is twice the length of the hose. This is pretty good for the size of the unit, allowing you to reach areas without needing to be directly next to an outlet. As far as noise, I found the cleaner to be just as loud as a typical vacuum cleaner. Directly next to the unit my Apple Watch clocked it at 89dB but dropped off to around 70 a few feet away. So not too bad. For storing, it holds the hose, cord, and multi-functional tool. But it doesn't have a place for the cloth pad or steam jet nozzle. It’s easy to wrap the hose wrong, so be sure to look at the schematic in the user manual to get it right. ### Conclusion ### Overall, I find this to be a nice little carpet cleaner. I like the added steam ability, which is missing from my Bissell, but I like even more that it’s easy to use for a quick cleanup. The cleaner seems to be made and constructed well. Good quality parts and tools. It's easy enough to clean the machine after use. I recommend it for pet owners and those who wish to clean vehicles and furniture but will warn that larger areas will make for frequent refilling and emptying of the tanks.
