It's a good scrub/wash spot stain remover, but does take some elbow grease to work through some stains. The bristles are stiff, so agitating the surface manually is required to clean up the dirt, the solution and vacuum side for the dirty water work decently, but is definitely not a replacement for a corded carpet cleaner with similar attachments. Note it will require additional blotting or air drying time as it will still be damp even after going over it a few times. Pics/videos from other reviewers are exactly what is received.

I tested this on an old spot on my carpet. Followed the directions (which are included) and used their cleaner (also included). It doesn't need much cleaner to do the job. Worked great. The spot is gone. The cleaner is fresh smelling but the scent doesn't last long once it dries. The carpet cleaner itself has some weight to it. Not too heavy, but not lightweight either. Easy to use as long as you follow the directions. Cleaning it is a little bit of a chore though. The double tank held the tiniest bit of dirty water even after I rinsed it out. There's no way (that I could find) that you can get all of the water out of the tank. The clear plastic piece on the front is also a pain to clean. You have to unscrew it to clean it. Kind of a hassle but not so much of one that it's a dealbreaker for me. All in all, I'm pretty pleased with it. I have a leather couch so can't attest to how well it works on upholestery.

The media could not be loaded. This little rechargeable spot cleaner works better than I imagined it would and pulled quite a lot out of my carpet. It has one reservoir for soap and water and the other for dirty water. It charges quickly in about an hour and holds enough charge to do a couch or several spots like we had. My puppy is learning how to use the bathroom off of the leash and he stepped in his mess and then my husband didn’t notice so it ended up all over for about 20 ft to include carpets and his bed. This little spot cleaner got it right out and the soap that comes with it smells good without being overly powerful chemical smell.
