Written instructions were very good and I didn't need to watch the video either. It's not to large so can be tucked in my bedroom and easy to wheel out to use. Seat is nice and wide but not as cushy as I'd like so I ordered a gel seat cushion for it. Could have more tension at the higher level but it's gives a good workout. I got this one partially because it's an upright bike and not leaning over the handlebars. Has a nice holder for my tablet or phone, water bottle holder is easy access behind the tablet holder. Nice investment and good excercise when I can't get outside. I'm happy with it so far.

I'd say this is definitely a good buy. Firstly, it came packaged together (so nothing was missing, although the hardware parts were in a flat cardboard slide and were camouflaged at the bottom of the box which had me worrying that I had never gotten it at first, I suppose I should have just dumped it all out once I got the big parts out.) and in good condition, although it did look like there may have been some stickers or something adhesive in a couple places on some of the frame. So far I really like this bike, although I am still new to it. I've had two others that sit lower and are more elongated, which definitely take up much more space so I definitely love that this one is a space saver. The bike is pretty quiet as it says in the description, so you could definitely ride this in the same house with sleeping people (I live with two sleepy heads that LOVE to nap.) The parts are excellent quality, there's just the matter of the rail coverings that might seem a bit flimsy but they're merely for aesthetic purposes and shouldn't be a worry. There are 14 speeds on the bike and the movement is VERY smooth, no jerking chains or anything to throw off your groove. The booty-rest is wide and comfy (you can always attach your own if you don't like the one that comes with it.) Lastly, something I thought was neat was that it has these two little wheels on the front bar that make it easy to move around and two little built in jacks on the back bar, each with their own toggle mechanisms that can help compensate for a not-so-level environment. Overall a very nice bike! If you want a simple but great quality bike, this should definitely make it to your list of considerations. I hope this was helpful!

Pros: 1. Best style of exercise bike for home use. 2. Very quiet operation 3. Good friction 4. Has wheels 5. Small, lightweight and easy to move around 6. Battery lasts long. It's been months and haven't had to change the batter on the computer. 7. Solid bike for the price. Accomplishes my goals. 8. Bike feels sturdy even though it's small Cons 1. Took a long time to assemble. Specifically the friction knob was very difficult to install. Took a long time to figure out how to adjust the hook so the cable could reach to snap in. 2. Seat broke on the bottom at one of the angles near the screw. All users of bike are under 250 lbs. Customer support was quick to respond and is replacing the seat so I am not lowering the rating to 3 stars because of that. 3. Seat is decent but would like it to be more comfortable / wider with more cushion. 4. Pedals are decent but could be better. They should have made the pedals more rubbery and / or with less ridges 5. I would prefer that the front stem or the handle bars were a little longer. I sometimes feel like I am hunched over when biking. 6. The computer is very simple but provides all the needs. Doesn't have a pause button but automatically pauses when you get off the bike. Overall: I like the bike. My previous bike was more comfortable and had a better computer. However this bike was a lot more affordable. The battery in the computer lasts longer than my previous bike. This bike is easier to move around and takes less space. I recommend this style of bike for home use over spiners and recumbent bikes.

Easy assembly, and the bike feels and performs as the reviews and videos showed prior to purchase. It is smooth, quiet, and fairly stable. The easy turn knobs to level the rear stabilizers are a good feature. I have used an indoor home exercise bike for over fifteen years and hope this one will stand the test of time as others have. My only complaints, and this is only after using it once, is that the resistance seems a bit weak, I am already close to maxing out to get in my target heart rate zone. I have lower back issues and while the upright position is perfect (I am 5' 8'), I cannot simply pedal faster and hope I don't end up on the top end of resistance soon. The ipad holder is a great feature, but the water bottle holder behind it seems a difficult place to grab and return when using a tablet. The angle is tolerable for my height but could be tilted back towards the rider a bit more. Overall it seems like a nice, solid piece of equipment and I hope to enjoy it for years to come. Customer service so far is excellent, and they reached out to me before it even arrived to inform me of the warranty and to register, saving me time and hassle which is appreciated. I am very pleased so far and hope the quality and support continues for years to come!
