Just installed and everything working as it should. Mounting screws aren't the greatest, but used some of my own to also attached the side. With the top and sides mounted, the base is very secure. I wish is attached via two screws on the inside, but the one does suffice. Programming was fairly straight forward for both the keypad and biometric. No issues with installing amazon rechargeable AAA's or getting the battery hold back in as stated on another review. Very happy initially (especially considering the comparable cost). Long term, we will see.

Has consistently opened when needed, Would like light to be optional as if there were an emergency it would give the intruder a target. Easy to mount. Another thing I would change would be the wait time if there is a miss opening it. Critical time delay in an emergency.

Fit just right on the side of the dresser. Fingerprint reader a little finicky but does read within four tries; if more tries it times out for five minutes. If you want in before that you need the key. Light inside is nice. Will not fit a suppressed pistol.

I give credit to the quality of the device on the sturdyness. However, 1 star review because of the company and my experience. Purchased this safe, after a short time it showed a defect. The locking mechanism started intermittently working. Changed the batteries but as I figured that was not the issue. I am unable to start a return due to being passed the window of opportunity. I attempted to contact the seller, however, they never replied. 1 star because the company failed to respond and help fix the issue. Hope if I ever need to get my gun in urgency it works. Might just use it as a safe for my documents to be safe.

Safe feels good and mounts easily with two different mounting options and has a small light inside so that you can see your firearms when the door drops open. However! I could not for the life of me get it to save my finger print for the “biometric” function to open the safe. I have tried again and again and it tells me it has failed every time. Other than the biometrics function not working, I like it.

The media could not be loaded. Mines just came In yesterday and im impressed with the quality build and how solid its is. Its big enough to fit a full size gun and maybe a subcompact gun. I only have my home defense weapon in there because it’s the only one that’s loaded and hot . It brings a lock security cable and 2 screws to mount the safe down to the floor I prefer the security lock cable and I tied it on my beds frame with a padlock. Installation was very easy you load it up with 4 triple A batteries, use the factory code to change to whatever code you desire, and to set the fingerprint is pretty fast and easy. I believe you can set up 20 different fingerprints. Wether you use the key, code, or fingerprint you get easy access to the box and it opens up right away with a lot of space to draw the gun out. Definitely recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a solid affordable safe.
