The media could not be loaded. Mines just came In yesterday and im impressed with the quality build and how solid its is. Its big enough to fit a full size gun and maybe a subcompact gun. I only have my home defense weapon in there because it’s the only one that’s loaded and hot . It brings a lock security cable and 2 screws to mount the safe down to the floor I prefer the security lock cable and I tied it on my beds frame with a padlock. Installation was very easy you load it up with 4 triple A batteries, use the factory code to change to whatever code you desire, and to set the fingerprint is pretty fast and easy. I believe you can set up 20 different fingerprints. Wether you use the key, code, or fingerprint you get easy access to the box and it opens up right away with a lot of space to draw the gun out. Definitely recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a solid affordable safe. ... show more

I've used it for some months and I'm very pleased with the product. The only downside is that is pops open fast and knocks into the upper wood on my nightstand and makes a sound. But most people It wouldn't be an issue.

Nice for the price!! I like the choice of a fingerprint or passcode. Using the directions it was very easy to figure out how to set and/or reset the code. I would recommend for families with small children who still like to keep their firearm accessible in their bedroom or around the house.

I am having the same issue: I give credit to the quality of the device on the sturdyness. However, 1 star review because of the company and my experience.
