Very nice Large sized secure gun safe that looks really nice and feels strong and secure. It's made of alloy steel, and has a thick front door with locking bolts. It has an electronic combination lock so you can either use a combination and/or use a key to get into it. It comes with 2 keys. It has anti-theft alarm functions with the option to mute it. Has a separate lock box inside with it's own set of keys as well to secure valuables. The gun rack shelves are adjustable and removable. Lots of room to store rifles and larger guns. We feel it's safer to keep weapons inside a safe rather than in a closet or somewhere that kids or someone can access them. My husband is very handy and we had no issues putting this together. Good instructions and came with a nice screw driver.

It was a little difficult to assemble because you are trying to line up two dark pieces with holes for assembly. I used a white paint pen on the back piece of the two to give me a way to line up holes. Have been unable to figure out the keypad. Hoping someone else will help me solve this problem. The instruction booklet was very helpful on assembly with the pictures. The language instructions were less helpful. Hard to understand because the writer doesn't quite grasp all the word meanings in English. Construction is decent for a cabinet, thin steel that anybody could cut through with the right tools, but enough to keep the casual passerby out. I'm going to have to reinforce the bottom to hold some weight. Afraid a couple cases of ammo might bow the steel down. It perfectly fit my space where all safes were too tall. It will store my supplies well.

The media could not be loaded. Here are my thoughts on the KAER Gun Safe.. I got this safe because I needed an affordable and safe place to store firearms in my home. I do not have a lot of space so the size is pretty good. to be able to fit within my bedroom closet.I was able to fit several rifles and some handguns without feeling too cramped. There was also room to store my ammunition as well. The locking mechanism seems solid. I appreciated the different ways to open it – the keypad, the fingerprint reader, and the backup keys. The instructions were easy to follow so getting it setup was super easy, super quick. The safe seems pretty solid. The weight It is definitely heavy, so from a security standpoint that is always gonna be a plus. I would say it is a decent option for anyone that needs an affordable safe to store firearms. It provides a good balance of security and space.

Do not buy this. Opened this safe less than 10 times with key, and the tumbler broke. Reached out to them through Amazon, and through their website, no response from either. It's not much more than a metal filing cabinet with a very cheap lock set. If thats all you needed, then great, but keep in mind if the lock breaks you are on your own as customer service is inexistent.

This is a stylishly designed, easy-to-install safe. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase—it perfectly meets my needs. The fingerprint scanner boasts 100% recognition accuracy. Its construction is robust and durable, yet assembly is surprisingly effortless! I'd definitely buy another one.

It's an okay to decent gun cabinet locker that fulfill its basic job. Not really a gun safe. The value speaks for itself as you get what you paid for. It serves some basic deterrence. Does require manual assembly and the manual instruction booklet is not great. You may have to use your good intuition. There were no letter labels on each parts either. Screwing in the wall panel to the front door was a bit tricky to get in good angle. I even have to use my power drill to get them through. Managed to get through the whole assembly solo, but having two people working together is more ideal. There was a QC issue I encountered. I have a defect with one of the gun rack bracket. One side of the hook is welded shut that made it impossible to hook the bracket into the latch. Since I have four rifles, it was no big deal for me. I will eventually replace it as I upgrade. This is my first "gun safe" as necessary to keep things organized.
