These are good compression sleeves. They fit well, & are comfortable. When you first put them on, you actually don't feel the compression, until you have been wearing them for a while. These work great for when you are needing post-workout arm sleeves, or recovery sleeves. I got these for my daughter who plays competitive volleyball for club and school. These are just the forearm sleeves, not elbow protection. They are thick. My daughter who is tall for her age at 6' and very thin. With all of the discussion regarding these being for teens, I figured that meant they run a bit smaller than those meant for adults. However, the medium on my 16-year-old is just slightly larger than she would like the compression to be. The length on her could be better as well. If at her wrists, the other end does not make it to the bend in her arm by far. She states that she will wear them for practice but thinks she may find herself fiddling with them too much. Got these in small for my 10 year old and they fit Okay. They work well she reports and it helps because she does enjoy volleyball but not always enjoying the feel on her wrists. These really help.

These are nice quality forearm compression sleeves. They're slightly tapered at the wrist. The sizing in the listing is not very helpful. It says the top measures 4.5" across but then only gives the length to determine what size to order.

I got these for my daughter who recently started playing volleyball, not sure that they are really needed but she is happy with them. I guess they may soften the blow when using your forearms to hit the ball. They fit her well and now she looks like a pro. They seem to be a one size fits most as they are stretchy and should fit a variety of arm sizes. ... show more
