The shipping is good and all parts look good too. However, from the instruction, I couldn't find how to fill the water/sand. It only said through the hole but there is NO hole at all? Am I supposed to drill a hole to fill water/sand by myself? Update: just figured in the middle is a cap which can be removed before adding water/sand. First what is good, it was assembled by my 12 year old boy in less than two hours. He was excited about and I was too What is horrible, the hight extension rod has no holes to be extended and be held in place by the screws they provide. I sent a Custmer question here and I got no reply. In the second day my son starts to play and box it to have the upper punching ball broke right away. I called Amazon and provide pictures of the defects and waiting for the reply. I have dreamed of my son using it and enjoying it but it was a fail ... show more

I love this thing. It's a great addition to my workouts with my heavy bag. Took me awhile to fill the thing up with sand, but we'll worth the time. Easy to assemble, and doesn't smack me too hard when I mess up!

The top speed bag spring broke within a month and a half of assembly and the manufacturer won't replace it. I don't understand why since this a separate screw-in piece that needed to be assembled. Just like the brand name!!!!! Easy set up!!! Excellent for the price!!! Good use as a precision and a speed trainer. If you want to work heavy shots, get a heavy bag. For reflex and speed, this is a great tool!!
