This set is great. The set is super easy to assemble. The table and chairs are very sturdy and the quality is great. I was very pleased with the quality of the materials. The table is great as the spaces between the sections of the table top are not so far apart that you have to worry about a cup tipping over as the table is level and the gaps are not far apart. With those gaps it also allows for the rain water to not build up on the table top like a glass top table. The chairs are very sturdy and comfortable to sit in for a long time. Review for 5 piece beige. Well packed, no damage. 2 boxes. Assembly; I have assembled a lot of Ikea and other flat pack furniture and found the instructions easy to follow. Hardware on separate cards for each chair which is nice, but no extras so don’t lose them! I had one uncooperative bolt, so I removed the four bolts in that section and started with the difficult one, that resolved the issue Finger tighten the whole piece then go back and tighten with the allen wrench. Comfort: Chairs are very comfortable, I think they will fit my tall family. The chairs do not slide under the table because they are wide and table legs are in the way, but they are also comfortable because they are wide. I am in my 60’s and have vision issues and got it assembled by myself in about 3 hours over two days with breaks. The most time was spend unpacking, lots of tape and bubble wrap. You will need a scissors to unpack. The table even had METAL packing corners lined with cardboard to brotect the metal table corners. First I do like a lot about this set : It was easy to build and the welds look mostly solid. It's comfy. It's on the cheap side. I think for the price it's of acceptable quality for the most part. However I did rate this 3 stars. Mine came damaged. It had a couple of decent sized dents that I have to fix. Also one of the corners was damaged and had exposed metal so there is a rust concern there. I contacted the seller and was able to work out a partial refund. The bolts didn't hold tight so there was some rock to it. I was able to resolve this though but required some work on my end. I had to bang out the dents which I was successfull at. It will require some bondo, sanding, and paint to fully resolve. I couldn't get a solid answer from them on the paint color to match, just was told dark gray. I think this could be a solid option for a lot of people but they did a poor job packaging it so it can be easily dented in shipping. Sending this back is a hassle. I am hoping this holds up. I'll try to update this in a year or so. ... show more

Our order arrived very well packed (three separate boxes) so as to have no product dings or nicks despite some minor shipping damage to the exterior cardboard. The manufacturer's website has an DIY video on assembly that is worth watching, though the job will be easier if you have a second pair of hands when lining up pieces to be bolted together. The engineering of all the parts was superb in all respects, including lining them up precisely for assembly. Once assembled, the finished chairs are sturdy and comfortable. Each of the three boxes contained all the necessary pieces and basic tools (on hex key and a flat wrench) plus illustrated drawings with sufficient detail to complete the assembly. We are very pleased with all aspects of this product, from price to finished appearance. ... show more

We needed to replace our worn out patio set and the options in the local stores were limited and pricey. After looking at the reviews, I ordered this set in gray and we love it!! It arrived several days earlier than expected and my husband had no problems assembling the table and chairs. The set is very sturdy and appears very well made. Despite some reviewer's issues with rust, our set has been in the rain a couple of times with no rust issues. One of the chair backs was missing a screw hole. I contacted the manufacturer on their web site and we had a replacement chair back within a few days. Great customer service!! The table is a bit smaller than we would ideally like, but the dimensions listed are accurate. I ordered a black patio umbrella and stand to go with the set and couldn't be happier.. 01/18/24 - Revised comment: After contacting the manufacturer, I've received a very quick response and they worked out a solution that attended my expectation. Great customer service!! After every rain the chairs leak water from the inside staining the floor with rust. I tried sealing the end caps on the chair arms but it didn't work. Exactly same issue others users are having. The media could not be loaded. Nice set but it gets rust everywhere. All over the patio, boots, pants, sneakers and it’s a pain to get out. Might just throw it in a dumpster and I paid almost a grand for it. Would not recommend
