This is a very beautiful and dainty necklace. I love that it allows different length options via the chain it's attached to. Also, the stones are individually linked too, so it allows for a more natural lay across your neck/chest. This would be wonderful to give as a gift, though be sure to open it first if you do. The stone is in one small baggie which is then placed inside another baggie with the chain on the outside. It comes with a jewelry box for gifting, but you'll need to place it yourself if doing so. My only complaint with this necklace is that even the lobster claw clasp is dainty so it's harder to get a grip on and also difficult to not accidentally "trap" the chain you're trying to unclasp it from. It's a trade-off though since it's such a delicate piece. I still recommend it!

the clasp and setting here are both stamped 925, and nothing reacts to a magnet. The setting is also stamped D2.8 for total carat weight, which matches the description. All of the stones pass a thermo test with flying colors, and to my eyeballs have the warmer, brighter refraction that you expect from moissanite as opposed to cheaper substitutes. I would be reasonably comfortable confirming that the materials here are exactly as claimed. The chain is a simple cable link, and it has clasps at 16, 18, and 20" lengths (approximately). I personally would prefer a 16" with extender, simply because this style of necklace looks best when situated close to the throat in a very specific place that varies by anatomy, and therefore a standard 16 or 18 is only going to work of a small subset of the population. If you get the wrong place, you'll have flipping and it just generally won't lay right. I'd prefer the more adjustable extenders where you can choose any loop you want as opposed to being limited to the three choices - or, alternatively, they'd need to add more stops, especially at the lower end. The stones look good to my eyeballs, and give plenty of fire without being too much. I wouldn't necessarily wear this for everyday, but I'd pull it out for special occasions - and not just the ones with extra dressy clothes. Adding this to business casual for a concert, play, nice dinner, etc., would work just fine.

I received the seven stone 2.8 carat Moissanite necklace. This is a very beautiful necklace that has great sparkle. The Moissanite stones are set/fixed stationary in the necklace and do not float on the chain. There is one large center stone that is 6 mm. The next largest stones, of which there are one on each side, are 5 mm each. The next size stones on each side are 4 mm. The last two stones, which are the smallest, are 3 mm each. The chain has three links with the two of them giving a 2 inch adjustment, making it adjustable to three different sizes which makes it very versatile when you are layering your necklaces or needing a certain length with a particular blouse you are wearing. These stones are very clean and have a lot of sparkle to them. The size of the overall necklace makes it something that everyone from a teenager to a grandmother would and could wear.

I have several Moissanite pieces and am usually overall very pleased with them. They can look exactly like diamonds out of the earth rather than lab grown diamonds. This necklace is pretty, but it comes with no GRA Certificate as my other Moissanite pieces always come with. I can’t be sure that it is even real Moissanite. If I put the chain on the longest length, the necklace falls at a decent length from my neck. But then the clasp lays at the side of my neck and not the back. If I clasp it at the shortest length, the necklace is almost a choker and would not wear well with much. The stones look nice, but the settings and chain are cheap, which just makes the whole thing look rather cheap. Overall, I am not overly impressed by this necklace.

I received this product through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review, and unfortunately, this moissanite necklace left me rather dissatisfied, especially from the perspective of a hobbyist jewelry maker. Firstly, the chain broke immediately, within minutes of opening the jewelry box. Additionally, there was an inconsistency in the individual stones. Some moved easily at the joints, while others were "stuck" as if the joint was not completely finished. Upon closer inspection, you can see that some joint elements are not completely closed, making it feel like they could break at any moment. While I plan to put a new chain on this piece, I am still not confident in how long it will last since the "hinge" or "link" is not complete in its entirety at some of the joints. All in all, I cannot recommend this necklace due to its poor quality and lack of durability.

I got this for a gift for mother's Day to match some nice earrings. First of all I was disapointed with the chain. Very small and thin. I couldn't latch the necklace myself, I had to ask my teenage son to help after trying for 5 min. The stones look nice, but the front kept flipping on my breastbone. Felt more like a kids play necklace than a nice evening out necklace.
