My clever daughter had to help me put this chair together. I couldn't do it alone, but the chair is much more comfortable than my old office chair. I wish it went a little higher. It's adjustable, but still low. The lumbar massager is a nice bonus.

It was time for an upgrade to my chair for work. I did my research and chose to purchase this one and Im so glad I did! The instructions for assembly were easy to follow, and it is very secure once built. I absolutely love all the special touches! There is a pull out footrest, which folds nicely underneath when not in use. There is a pillow for your head, as well as for the lower back, and that one even has built in massage! Its heavenly! It reclines so comfortably too!

Very easy to put together. Doesn't squeak when in use. Like most gaming chairs do the cushion is comfortable. The recline feature is very nice with a footrest. The best part of the chair is the USB plug-in lumbar support. I can plug it into my computer and it never turns off. It just keeps on massaging. The only down side is I wish the chair would Rock when locked in place. *Updated August 4th 2025* Took my review down to 3 stars as the lumbar support pillow stopped working after only a week.

Not sure why this chair has a lot of great reviews. 1) It is not comfortable at all---very firm cushion. Feels like bricks. The chair was not that easy to assemble especially that the instructions were vague pictures, so a lot of guessing had to be done. Also, one of the arms is not screwed in correctly because the screw (for some reason) did not go all the way in. 2) The sturdiness is not really there as it's very wobbly at the arms and the foot rest is too. 3) The back support is okay and without the pillow, it is very awful. I have not tried the massage function because I'm sure it's not great. 4) The cloth on this is like velvet/suede type of texture and I absolutely despise it. 5) The size of the seat is great and it adjusts its height pretty good. Unfortunately, I threw away all the packaging and I built the entire chair, so I'm going to have to keep it. I wish I could return it. The takeaway: Do not purchase. Definitely not what it seems. Edit: I added a picture of what the chair looked like after being used 2 days in row. I sit crisscross applesauce in it and I figured it would be "stained." I don't know what the actual term would be for this situation but this is just plain gross.
