We have the 11 piece set with the ocean color; and it is a beautiful yet a subtle pop next to our grey home (like a pal or pastel/soft green). It is a very well made set - table could be longer, but it works. Assembly is an issue - as it’s not delineated very clearly and the shipping company does not seem to have a clue - so - it needs to be clear with Amazon that you can purchase or it’s included. Otherwise - you must assemble it. It’s not a bad assembly Ladies and Gents, but may take a while with the 11piece. Get the right tools - do a practice run on one chair after you set up table and umbrella- good to go! Loved the whole process - it was nice putting the set of chairs together with hubby, music and beer. The RXO company was kind enough to put the table and umbrella set up, it was a great help and a good start. Took us the rest of afternoon to put the 10 chairs together & in place…but we had a lot of breaks. Best to all -put a little sweat into it, but don’t rush. Also, put the longer middle screw in first before the top of arm & bottom long one - it will line up better and makes it much easier to install. Good luck/God speed! Thanks to the guy that talked about the box waste afterwards-so - I took most of the items out of the boxes and asked the company to put it on their truck. Very little box waste left - we used the remaining boxes as staging platforms to put the chairs together.

Nice practical set. A good deal for the price. Table assembly was quick and easy. Chair assembly required a bit more effort, but in most cases, came together easily. However, out of the six chairs, at least two had significant alignment problems between parts, and with one the alignment was so far off it was simply impossible to secure a chair arm with the provided screws. I didn't measure the misalignment between the arm holes and the chair holes, but in the worst case, I'd estimate the two holes were misaligned by about 20 degrees. In that particular case it was not possible to engage the threads in the chair back due to the angle the screw was forced to exit the arm. After repeated efforts I simply gave up and used a large plastic wire tie to attach the arm to the chair back. This was more secure than attaching the arm to the back with the screw and transferring the misalignment to where the arm attached to the chair bottom. There was misalignment on some of the other chairs as well, but in those cases there was enough thread engagement to attach parts using a little extra force. In all cases where there was misalignment I was very careful not to strip threads, and that required some experimentation with the order in which parts were attached. As suggested in the instructions: don't completely tighten anything until all parts are fitting together with proper thread engagement.

I had a shipping issue with the product (received notice it had been delivered to my name and address in another state); however, it ultimately was delivered during the initial window stated, although I had to pick up the product from the carrier at another stop in town he had. I now have a billing issue, in my favor. The experience wasn't the best, but it was handled well & professionally by everyone involved. Although I've had hassles, I would order it again.

First off shipper dropped at my house in like 2 minutes. I ran inside to get them waters and then they were gone. After looking at the box I could clearly see that the table was damaged by a forklift. Obviously they k ew as well by the amount of tape put on the box to cover the holes. Fingers crossed table would not be damaged as they had already left and wouldn’t be able to take it back. Open box and look at table and sure enough dents in multiple areas. This is due to the table being very delicate material is super thin and am afraid will not hold up over time. There are better products heaped at your local hardware store. Save the money. Oh and the finish looks like it was painted in a dirt field there is dust all over in the paint.
