Not totally crazy about them, they fit good, but they also fit awkwardly in that makes sense. If you have a wide calf, I wouldn't suggest - my calves are fairly small and they still fit a little snug, not at all like pictured. They are comfortable though, can't speak on long-term wear like out to dinner/concerts or anything like that yet, but I wore them around the house to break them in and the heels are sturdy and don't feel wobbly, it's more of a chunky heel so they're easy to walk in with some adjustment. Wear long socks, this should be a given anyway, but these will definitely rub your ankles. Otherwise cute boots ... show more

These boots are even better than I expected! I typically wear a size 9.5 but ordered a 10 because I thought they might be narrow. The size 10 was perfect so maybe consider that when ordering. I love the color and softness of the material. Great quality. They are comfortable and that’s so important. What I really love is the width of the top. My calves are a little larger than average and my greatest struggle is finding boots to accommodate. These have some slits that allow for some expansion. I wore these Mattiventon knee-high boots on a recent fall date, and I got so many compliments! The chunky heel is sturdy yet stylish, and the pointed toe gives them a sexy, put-together look. The side zipper made them easy to slip on and off. They felt comfortable enough for a few hours of wear, though they were a tad snug around my calves (I’d recommend going up half a size if you have larger calves or plan to wear thick socks). I was genuinely surprised by the quality of these Mattiventon Knee High Boots. The leather feels soft and much nicer than expected, and the craftsmanship is impressive; no loose stitching or cheap finishes. There were no strange smells out of the box, which I really appreciated. They're also big-calf friendly, which can be hard to find in tall boots. I love the look of these! they’re very pretty and true to size! They’re comfortable enough but I wouldn’t wear these to walk around for hours at a time but if you’re doing dinner and drinks, they’re great! I can’t wait to wear them in fall!

I love this color and the soles are very squishy and comfortable! However, the calves seem EXTRA wide. I don't have very skinny legs but they way that the calves are just looks weird on me.
