This heat works great! I’m refinishing my basements, which has no heating, and it’s been so cold outside recently that my basement was freezing (42 degree to be exact). After about 30-40 minutes on, it felt noticeably warmer. So much so that I was comfortable even after taking off my hoodie. This heater has 3 heat settings and is incredibly silent, does not give a “burnt” smell except for the first 10-20 seconds after it’s turned on. Quality product that does a great job!

It finally got cold enough for me to try this out a couple dozen times. Overall they heat well. You feel the heat up to about 5-6’ away when it’s on high. Not super far but typical for a device like this. It heats up very quickly. You feel the heat within seconds and it’s on max in like 10 seconds. I have this in an attached 1 car garage where my gym is. It’s 12x20 with 14 foot ceilings. Since it’s attached to my house it doesn’t get freezing in there but it will get down to about 45 or so. With this heater on I can bring the temp up about 1 degree every few minutes in the area I work out (not the whole garage). It keeps me warm enough. The remote works fine and the size is great. Easy to use and install and seems like it should be durable.

This was really easy to mount on our patio. It included everything you need to hang the heater or to mount it. I would recommend mounting it no more than 4 or 5 feet from the area you want to heat. Our patio "ceiling" is about 11 feet and from that distance the heater is noticable but not as much as I would like. I'll be lowering it in the near future. The remote control works great and over all this patio heater is simple to operate. Just plug it in and use the remote. It took all of about 2 minutes to learn how to operate it. The heater appears to be well made and is about the same as the price for similar products. The most interesting thing is that this uses infrared to supply heat. That means that even if there's a breeze you can still feel the heat because infrared is a frequence of light and it's not affected by wind. Based on how it's functioned so far I feel fairly confident that this will heat an area of your patio for quite a while to come.

It don't put off the wide range of heat ad i thought per description for how big it is. You have to be directly under it within 3 feet to feel anything.

When I first set this heater up, the build quality stood out right away—solid aluminum, clean edges, and surprisingly lightweight for something that feels this sturdy. Mounting it on the wall was straightforward, and the controls are simple enough that you don’t really need the manual. Once it powers on, the infrared heat kicks in almost instantly, which is a nice change from those heaters that take forever to warm up. The three power levels—900W, 1200W, and 1500W—actually make a noticeable difference. At the lowest level, it’s perfect for a small indoor room or a garage workspace. At 1500W, it warms up a patio area quickly without blasting hot air or creating any smell. The mirror aluminum reflector seems to do its job well because the heat feels more focused instead of spreading thin. Using it outdoors has been smooth so far. The IP44 rating gives some peace of mind when the weather gets unpredictable, and the aluminum housing doesn’t feel like it’ll corrode or warp anytime soon. Indoors, it doesn’t make noise, doesn’t smell, and doesn’t dry out the air like some traditional heaters. Compared to propane heaters or bulkier electric models, this one is definitely more “set it and forget it.” The heat is clean and consistent, but you do need to be within its line of sight to feel the strongest effect—that’s just how infrared works. For the price, it feels like a solid value, especially if you want something that works year-round and installs cleanly without taking up floor space. It’s not the cheapest option, but the build quality and instant heat justify the cost. Pros: instant warmth, three useful power levels, weather-resistant build, silent operation, good heat focus, wall/ceiling mounting flexibility. Cons: heat is directional (typical for infrared), and you’ll need an outlet nearby since it has no cord extension. Overall, this heater is ideal for anyone who wants quick, clean heat in a patio, garage, or small indoor area without dealing with propane tanks or bulky space heaters.
